Recently had granite counter tops installed as part of a kitchen remodel and we are exceptionally pleased! The selection at the showroom was incredible and the staff was very helpful, and patient, with first time shoppers! Installation was very quick and was completed to our very specific needs. A great experience overall.

The employees at Capital Granite (Rockville MN store) are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way! From the office and sales staff right though the process of scheduling and installation, everyone I dealt with was respectful and responded promptly to my needs, concerns, and questions. Delivery was right on time and the installation crew took every precaution to insure no damage was done to the granite countertops or any portion of my home, wood flooring, walls, or cabinets.
The installers were very friendly and answered any questions I had. They completed the job in less than 1-1/2 hours leaving the work place clean and the countertops level and professionally caulked. I will not hesitate to recommend Capital Granite to anyone who asks me about my experience.

Well worth the drive from the Cities. We found a beautiful piece of remnant granite for our bathroom at a good price. The people were great to work with and especially sweet and welcoming to our family (including our 4 year old). I would highly recommend for price, selection, and a group of people I feel good supporting.

We recently had new granite counter tops installed by this company and will strongly recommend to everyone we know to avoid this company. We spent weeks finding the perfect granite slab with a very unique design on it. Capital Granite knew this. But they proceeded to cut the main counter granite slab before discussing how we wanted it cut so we could maximize the design - they hacked it up without any thought or communication - what a disaster!
They also field measured the granite pieces incorrectly and we had to hire a plumber to reroute our plumbing because of it - $300 extra. They took no responsibility for this whatsoever and zero reimbursement. There were other issues as well that go on and on. There are so many good options for other granite installers that are quality installers - we should have listened closer to our friends.
But this was the cheapest option. But you get what you pay for. Just remember, you have to live with the results of your installer for as long as you own your house, as we do. We sure wish we would have paid a little more upfront for a quality installer. The end result ended up costing us significantly more for an inferior end product that we have to look at as a reminder every single day.

We have used Capital Granite for three separate remodels in our home in the past four years, so I can speak confidently about this place. We have been satisfied customers every time, from the beginning stages of selection to the end with installation. The employees are truly interested in making sure we got what we envisioned in our home, as they took the time to search out harder-to-find granite colors and styles. Communication is prompt as well and we were never left wondering about price, measurement appointments or installation times. I highly recommend Capital Granite!
