Had problems from day one with a small hole in the roof of my pole barn. Talked to them multiple times. Was told that they are not always in the area but they would fix the next time in town. Years have passed but I am still waiting. Also I talked to them about my nails rusting. This was one month after the pole barn was built. They were aware of the manufacturing defect. I was told that being the nail producer was not standing behind the nails, either was Ameribuilt.

Had Loni do couple basic buildings for me, turned out OK, decided to do a post frame home, gave Jeff a print a good 6 months before build time spring came and no results. Loni didn't look at it and when he did he didn't have a clue of what he was doing. I wasted $8000 in site work that was not necessary in my new build and I had to renew my permit money lost because of Ameribuilt lack of professionalism and ability. PS the last building they did for me the roof leaked and they be never came out to fix. Lost all trust in them would'nt have the do a outhouse. Spike Lambert

If you want a high quality pole building and great customer service Ameribuilt is the best. Lon has been great to work with and was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Not only that but the Ameribuilt crew has done some of the best steel work I've seen and were very meticulous. I'm happy to support them as they've been in business in the St. Cloud area for many years and that is for a good reason! Go with Ameribuilt you will not be disappointed!

What I do not understand is how anybody would go to a company OTHER than Ameribuilt Buildings for their post frame buildings projects. Seriously, I have been involved with multiple buildings projects and never had the helpfulness and attention to detail than what their team displayed. In my opinion, save yourself time, energy and money with them and you will NOT be disappointed.
