Dave's Cabinet

Agreed to make new doors for a remodel but then they decided they couldn't be bothered with a small job. Referred me to another shop that never called back. I finally went to FastCabinetDoors.com who did a great job. They make nice cabinets for builders but don't bother them with small jobs.

Nice cabinets, but never again. Terrible customer service. Had nothing but trouble with this company from the very beginning. I'm just glad its finally over, but wait it isn't really over it is still an incomplete job. I am just glad I decided to get my granite elsewhere. It is such a long story, but the gist is do not buy your cabinets from this company. If they ever attempt to make things right with me I will edit this post, however, that does not look like it will happen.

Hi Paul, You not only delivered a winning design for our kitchen remodel you followed up with a home run in the cost department. I would say you followed up with a grand slam homer all around. We are pleased with everything and will be signing the contract. Thank you again for your excellent design and helpful advice. This has been a very pleasant and no stress process which is a credit to someone whose knowledge and experience reflects their character of delivery of quality at today's competitive prices.

We had Dave build a range hood for our kitchen. It was perfect in fit, form, function and color was an exact match. The hood was built to our exhaust fan specifications making it an easy installation. We couldn't be more pleased.

This company may excel with cabinets, but the experience I have had with getting 5 small granite and stone pieces made has been a nightmare. By far, the worse customer service possible. From the reluctancy of the front desk to offer information to help a customer to the design team. Morgan was a train wreck. I placed an order for parts on March 1 and was told that I was in the cut line. Well, apparently when you change a measurement you move to the back of the line. This is not what I was told when placing the order. I am VERY disappointed with this company. BUYER BEWARE!

Dave's cabinets built our original cabinets twenty years ago in our home. Years later we used them to update our countertops. The cabinets proved not to be the best quality over the years. We recently had an issue with water damage to the wood under our kitchen sink from a leak. We tried to get them to come out and look to replace the wood after the leak was fixed but just got the run around. Said twice they were going to get back with me after my calls to them.

No one would even call us back so we found someone else. I definitely would not recommend them. Apparently, they don't value "repeat" customers unless they see "big bucks" ahead with the job.

My husband and I were about to take on our first major reno and decided on the kitchen. I researched and knew exactly what I wanted, had heard about Dave's Cabinet and a designer named Paul. I explained to him what I wanted and he came back with 3 very different design ideas. One was exactly what I asked for, and surprisingly, we ended up choosing one of his other designs!

We found out that Paul is a Certified Kitchen Designer and it really showed in his thoughtful design. He gave me the specific things I wanted but had it organized in a more functional way. I love my trash/recycling pull out drawer by the sink, my spice rack by the stove, my drawers for large items, the taller cabinets for more storage, two pantries, and even a spacious built in desk with additional storage.

We learned to be flexible in the process as well as patient to make sure things were done right. Even on delivery day the crew found a water leak in the truck that damaged one of our cabinets but a new one was immediately brought to us. We are so pleased with the end result (but note that we are still deciding on our backsplash in the photo) and love our stone as well. Thank you Paul Cruciano, the owner Dave and all the crew!

Beautiful cabinetry. I like how they were in time an very meticulous. I got the granite countertops for my bathroom. Everyone loves it. This is a great place and the staff was very welcoming. I went to other stores but this place had the look I needed for much needed upgrades.

We researched and priced several kitchen design companies and by far Dave's Cabinets has the best product and best pricing. We read reviews of Dave's Cabinets and everyone raved about Paul Cruciano so we met with him and within a month or so, below is our new kitchen and one before picture. In addition, I highly recommend getting the solid surface through Dave's, we got quartz, very good pricing, they have one installer and he is a master.

I have always been able to reach out to Paul throughout the process. He strongly recommended getting large drawers for pots and pans, I didn't want them but took a gamble and he was right, get the drawers, they are amazing, so much easier getting pots and pans out of a drawer than squatting down, the little things and the details matter. Our pots and pans drawers are in our island. also, under cabinet light rails are a must and crown molding, it is substantial. If you want a new kitchen, reach out to Paul, you will not be disappointed. We are still waiting for our back splash.

May 2016. August 2016. We followed Cheryl here from another company. She is very easy to work with, but is very busy. While with this company she helped us with 2 houses in Hampton Roads. Dave's has a great selection and amazing prices. Quick, easy install. Readily works out problems.

I ordered my bathroom vanity(1 cabinet) not a whole kitchen and counter top of January 31st and they promised it would be ready in 4-5 days which is a joke because I still don't my stuff and its February 9th. They are way too busy and understaffed. Maybe this owner should hire more people to take care of their customers and stop pocketing all your profits!

I have called everyday to check with Thomas on my order and they have no clue when it will be ready. I guess once they receive your money, YOU DONT MATTER! At this point ORDER ELSEWHERE! Unless you have a month to wait for them to make it for you. I don't recommend this business to anyone.

Awesome company! a few years ago i toured their showroom and wood-working facility in chesapeake and was so impressed i had my cabinets and grante installed thru them. quality of the cabinets is suburb. Full access. Solid wood.
