The Doormasters Service Department will come out and take care of many different types of door repairs. We specialize in residential garage door repair. Doormasters' General Service Call fee for a service mechanic to inspect, lubricate, and saftey check your garage door. Call includes inspection/lubrication of springs, track, hinges, rollers, operator rail, and bearings.

Called on a Thursday morning and James came by that afternoon to take a look at our issue. He quoted us an extremely fair price and had the job done the following day. Called and spoke with Jim today. Our garage door all the sudden was on the Fritz! Spoke with him around 12:30 and he said he'd be out to our house by 2ish. My Husband was diligently working on the door till Jim showed. While he the Hubs got it working again Jim was punctual, pleasant and informative even though we didn't end up needing his services.

I wanted to replace two french doors on my patio. This was definitely not an inexpensive project. I did my homework and got quotes from 3 different companies and talked to the sales folks. Not only was Doormasters the least expensive, their salesperson was the only one who listened to what I wanted instead of trying to push their specific product.
The installation crew were employees of Doormasters instead of contract folks, and this was a very important consideration for workers coming to my house. The installation went without a hitch. The installation took place over two days (one door per day). The crew did a professional job on the installation and clean up. When I interacted with them, they were respectful to me and treated me well. I am 100% satisfied with all of my interactions with the Doormasters team. Great people, great products, and professional installation without delays, excuses, or hassles.

I am absolutely pleased! We inherited a disaster from the previous homeowners. Doormasters came in, and I'm pleased to say I'm no longer embarrassed to have people come to my front door. Called doormasters to replace broken torsion springs on garage door. They were able to come out the next day. Telephone receptionist and repairman were both very professional and courteous. Quality of work was top-notch. He even found a couple unrelated problems and took care of those. Would definitely recommend this company.

Sat 0630 AM. Discovered door spring broken. Called and got live person answering service and left msg. Expected call back during 0930-1500 Sat business hours. At 0710 got call from service tech. "Be there in 30 mins, no weekend service charge". Arrived in 25 mins. Estimated job would take 45 mins. It took 40 mins. Finished at 0810. So, when wife wakes up I can happily tell her the 'story' over coffee. "Happy Wife, Happy Life" True professionals. So glad I had them install garage doors at both my homes in 2007. Questions? Here I wait for door opener number 3in less than 4 weeks. The other two decided to open by themselves and remain open with a failed opener exposing my workshop and all my tools to whoever happened by. The response to my failed openers has been well under my expectations. I would hope that you will have a better experience than myself!

I bought my garage door opener from Doormaster 10 years ago and have never had a problem with it. Wonderful experience with this company. One of the springs broke last night and Charles came out this morning and had it fixed in no time flat. There's a reason why Doormaster has been in business for so long. I always recommend them.

We bought a new garage door in August of this year. Tom, the President, is great. Very friendly, professional, and not pushy like most salesmen. The day of the install, they gave us a 1-hour window for their arrival time, called ahead to say they were on their way, and arrived on time. They had told us that the install could take up to 6 hours, but they were finished within 3.
The garage door looks wonderful! The only semi-frustrating thing about working with them is their reception setup for calling. If they don't answer, it forwards you to an answering service who takes down a message for them to call you back. It makes playing phone tag much more difficult than if there were an answering machine! Other than that, great service; I would highly recommend!

This may be odd to write a review about a business that only gave an estimate, but I am compelled to recommend this company. Let me start off by saying the reason I did not use them was not a price issue but rather the broken part was a proprietary piece that had to be fixed by the original installer. What influenced me to write this review was the honesty and professionalism displayed by the company representative.
I will also state that after getting an estimate from another business, this company's price was terrific. In summary, if you want a professional and honest company to repair or replace your garage door then give them a call.

I'm late getting this review in, I feel obligated to get this submitted, because DoorMasters performed an excellent new garage door purchase and installation at a competitive price. They completed a complete upgrade of my worn-out contractor's special garage door. New belt-drive opener and hardware, and new powder-coated heavy gauge, insulated steel, carriage house-styled door.
It is installed perfectly, I mean it is tight, level, no play at all, with a parallel reveal that I did not expect from a steel garage door. Everything went great and I am exceedingly satisfied with the entire experience, from showroom to install, DoorMasters of Greenbrier has my highest recommendation. I'm a fan.
