If a bathroom remodel is on your horizon, the choice of a shower door or enclosure will have a lasting impact on the final product. All-glass or frameless shower doors offer a clean and sleek look to your bathroom. The doors are made from heavier glass than typical shower doors, usually 3/8" or " and are attached to the walls with simple clamps or "U" channels so there isn't any actual frame around the glass.

Mr Smith is awesome. Everyone do your business with Glass Smith. He is professional and does excellent work. My double glass in my window had cracked as soon as my son had put it in the window on one side accidently. I took it back to Mr Smith. He had already fixed it. However he was very nice and replaced the cracked window again for me with no hesitation. He didn't have to do that because I had already paid for it. Thank you Mr Smith

I Ordered custom temper glass for my shower. Customer service was horrible. The oldest man talked to me like I was a little kid. Very disrespectful The place looked very dirty and ceiling was missing. This place reminded me of a junk yard. Horrible service. I will never spend a dollar at this business. The city of small business needs to show up do an inspection major volitions.

Smith Glass replaced six aluminum frame windows, including two large patio sliding doors, with vinyl frame windows on the lower level of my property. The job was done in a timely manner but unfortunately the exterior vinyl siding was damaged during the course of this job. I immediately reported the problem to the person who had managed the job and he tried to find the necessary materials to repair the damaged siding panels.
A few months passed and the search for the right materials did not lead anywhere because, as I could corroborate later, that particular type of siding is no longer available in the market. Hence, in frustration, I wrote to the company owner describing the situation and requesting a solution and, to my surprise, he replied very promptly and was clearly determined to solve the problem.
After consulting with the project manager and evaluating their options, he decided to present a claim to the company's insurance carrier. The case was handled very expeditiously thanks to his intervention on my behalf. Because a partial repair of the damaged siding was not possible, I was awarded the total costs of replacing the entire siding of the house with new materials based on a job bid presented by a company of my choice.
The way in which my case was handled indicates a strong commitment by Smith Glass to the satisfaction of its customers. Its staff reassured me that the company was going to take care of the damage siding and they delivered on that promise. After such an experience, I would not doubt in hiring Smith Glass in the future. Mistakes and accidents are common occurrence in house remodeling jobs, but the responsible attitude shown by this company is a very rare and extremely valuable asset to anyone looking to hire a company for glass and/or window installation work. Horrible experience. Ordered a shower door. Waited two weeks for it to arrive. The installer showed up, very nice guy. The company that shipped the door shipped the wrong size. So I had to wait another two weeks. I took off work again, same installer showed up, he then stated that the company did not ship the frame. I told the installer to take out what you have done and leave.
I called up their main office and told them I wanted a refund on my deposit. I asked the office person if they checked the orders when they come in. They said kind of. Well, that is obvious. Home depo recommended Smith glass. I called them up to let them know that they shouldn't be recommending poor performing companies. I would avoid this glass company. They don't seem to be very organized. Unless of course you like waiting two months.

Smith Glass is a friendly local business providing quality customer service to the community. We recently had to replace a piece of glass in an old window of our home after an attempted break in and the owner of this company was most helpful. He cut a piece to fit perfectly and even gave us easy points to install the window with. Didn't charge us for a thing as the glass he cut was apparently a scrap. Simply said "Merry Christmas from Smith Glass". Thank you so much Smith Glass! Our home is once again secure.
