The nicest people! We had a minor septic emergency and the office workers and line techs were all amazing. Quickly getting out to us and working through a day to get the septic working again. We appreciated all their efforts and will continue to use them for our septic needs.

A & B Septic saved the day! On a rainy cold Saturday morning we woke to find our septic system had backed up with sewage in the crawl space. This company was the fastest at returning my call and comiting to show up same day. Josh drove from Albany to Newberg, removed the clog in our sewer main and pumped the septic tank, showed us pictures of the intake and outflow of the tank and verified the drain field's integrity.

Great customer service from Josh, which can seam rare now days. He was careful about not cracking concrete or driving on a lawn with a sprinkler system with the tank truck. A&B does not go under the house and the sewage cleanup will be done by WaterBear. He also documents exactly where the tank lid is located. Do yourself a future favor and pump you septic every 6 years!

When my sand filter septic system stopped pumping, I called several repair firms who all had long wait times which would mean we were without a sewer system in our house. A&B came out the first business day and got the tanks pumped, cleaned, system replaced in a most efficient and professional manner. The vehicles were new and spotless and the crew were very enjoyable to work with. I couldn't be more pleased and recommend them very highly.

We bought a home that had a tank being serviced by A and B Septic and have had very good experiences with them throughout the 5 years we have owned the home. They schedule our semi-annual evaluations for us, provide proper notification, and are easy to deal with. All of the technicians we have had come out have been excellent and gone above and beyond.

I am writing this review mostly because of a recent experience we had with them. We are selling our home and our buyers used a different company to pump and inspect the tank, but forgot to cancel A and B who they had originally scheduled. The A and B technician came out and, instead of being angry that he was not needed, took a look at our tank for us and realized the other company had only pumped a portion of the tank and not refilled it with water (something out system requires).

He spent several hours at our house fixing the problems left by the other company and even came back later in the day to check up on it. If it had been left as it was then there would have been certain damage to the system. The technician did not once complain about the miscommunication; his only concern was making sure our system was working properly. And they did not charge us anything for the extra service!

We're on city septic in Tangent, OR, and while the city has had a horrendous response time in the past, now that A&B is handling things I am extremely pleased. They showed up on a Saturday within 2 hours of calling and located and fixed a clog in our septic system. The tech was a young man (name eludes me) who was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. We went from disaster to problem solved in 2.5 hours. Couldn't be happier.

I had a really good experience with A and B septic. I had to have my tank pumped and called around and found that A and B was the best price in the area. The people I spoke too in the office were willing to answer all my questions and were very polite. I also spoke with Jose who came out to my property to pump the tank, he was also willing to answer any questions I had and was very personable. All around a great experience, I will be using A and B for any needs I have regarding my septic tank. Thank you!

We recently had A& B come out and pump our tank and the guys were great and a fair price. However this was not our only problem. the tech's were fast and knowledgeable but we needed drain field work done. Just because you have an emergency don't be afraid to question any charges you feel are out of line, we didn't and later I contacted the office and I always give a credit along with a complaint.

I want to thank A& B Septic for making what we felt was an over charge, right. A lot of blame must be placed on the situation we are all in now with this Virus. Business's are having to scatter their worker and office help all over and then try to keep good communication going. Thank you again.

Our landlord had scheduled them to come out to clean the tank after we were having issues with backups. What can I say, when Josh arrived from A and B he was very professional, honest, and trustworthy. I asked Josh if everything was taken care of and good to go financially. He informed me that he was unsure but he would call the office to find out and in turn I called our landlord who was out of town. Josh informed me that it was good to go and he got right to work.

Just like that, he was done. Josh even took the time to make sure that the tank, pump and warning system was functioning properly. Josh from and be septic Provided a pleasant experience with a, not so pleasant, task. I would definitely recommend A and B to anyone.

Pumped the tank today 10/12/17. The tech was able to answer all questions and went out of his way to find info to any of my crazy questions he may not have fully know. All in all, the were communicative, on time, and fair price. I would definitely use them again.

Josh did a great job on our 1,500 gallon tank today. He sucked it dry and flushed with his water hose. Looked as clean as my shop floor when done. He also verified both entry and exits were clean. Great attitude and professional, and hard worker.

We were very happy with the servicing at our property, but when we sold our property and the septic contract was not included in the real estate transaction we tried to pursue a refund for the substantial amount of unused time remaining on the contract. The staff first refused to refund our money. We pushed, because it was not published in their materials that they do not offer refunds.

The office manager called my husband rude. She also said, most people are nice and pass the contract to the new owners implying my husband was not a nice person for trying to recover hundreds of dollars for the 3/4 of the contract left. We are expecting a refund in 30 days. It was not the amount we calculated due to the fact they created additional unpublished fees for services. Where is the transparency and customer service nowadays?

Purchasing a home as retiring from down south and wanted inspections done on the house and septic system. At the recommendation of my real estate agent, made an appointment with A&B to check both the septic tank and drain field as I wanted no surprises when making the home purchase and moving in. They came out in short order, pumped the tank, did the inspections and sent me a report right away.

There was an issue with the tank pump switch which had been damaged previously by another septic tank pumping company and never been correctly repaired leading to loose wires and leakage into the housing. Moving up from the San Francisco Bay area, had enough dealing with large companies and was looking forward to dealing with a local business that I could establish a long term relationship with.

Every time I called, was treated on the phone like I was talking to my next door neighbor. I asked if they could do the repair and they said yes, will send out a bid. I received it in email as am still in California. My better half which is already up there, was to meet them out at the house. They called and showed up right on time. the technician was very informative, explained the function of the whole system, showed her exactly what he was doing, and made her feel very confident that he was honest and good to work with.

The bill was right at the bid price and since I felt good about the quality of work and the technician, signed up for annual maintenance so that they would come out every year, pump the tank, check and maintain the hardware and keep the system in good repair. This is exactly what I hoped to find in all me dealings with businesses. I like to keep my money at a local level, like to have someone to call I can have faith in, and know that when getting advice on something, it is based on a long term relationship and not grab all the money today and we will never be back. Thanks A&B for making me feel comfortable about this part of my home purchase.
