I liked the fact that NorthGate had a showroom to compare and see the different doors. Marilyn made it happen, her customer service was fantastic, by providing information and answering any question. Sam the door installer was a one man show! He was punctual, in good spirit and very efficient at installing the door. I am very pleased and satisfied with their service. I highly recommend NorthGate Doors!

I requested an estimate for a new garage door and motor installation. Someone came out to my house, measured, didn't say very much to me other than that someone would be in contact with me for a quote. A week went by and I heard nothing from Northgate, so I called and let the receptionist know why I was calling. She scoffed at me and in a condescending tone made a comment about how it had only been a week and someone would get back to me "this week." Well, that week came and passed.
It has been a few weeks since someone came out to measure for the new door, and I was not about to call their office again after the first rude response, so I used another company. The lack of follow-up and rude customer service lost them my business.

Northgate Doors were very professional and helpful. They fixed the spring on my garage door. I was very impressed at how fast and knowledgeable they were. I will definitely call them again if I need service on my garage doors. The two service guys who fixed my door were great! Good job Northgate Doors!

This isn't so much for other customers as it is for the business, if they keep an eye on this sort of thing. I requested an estimate for a new door install, and the appointment was fast, professional and informative. I was told someone would work up an estimate with options and send that to me to review. End of communication with Northgate Doors. No estimate. No email. No phone call. I'm sure with a high rating and years of service they are a fine option. But lack of follow-up cost them my business.

Matthew quoted us for garage doors that badly needed to be replaced he was patient with all my questions and quote changes throughout the entire process. Today was installation day the installer (Sam) did a fabulous job especially working in this 100 degree heat. He was here all day untill everything was perfect. We love our new doors and openers. I highly recommend Northgate Doors!

Great install by Larry and his crew! Extremely pleased with how our garage door looks and how quiet it sounds. Everything looks very well done! Mathew was wonderful helping us through the sale and even worked around our schedules, making sure we were getting the door and motor we were looking for. Very informative throughout the entire process. Our door was damaged on three of the five panels.
In addition we originally had a poorly installed door by the home builder's supplier. The motor was mounted too short and the rails were improperly installed, so the door sounded horrible. You could hear and feel it throughout the house. Mathew listened to our concerns and guided us through everything. Super painless. We didn't feel like we were being up-sold or forced into a service plan for an additional cost.
