Knowing the history of the company from personal experience over 15 years, I would not use any other roofer. They install a roof that will last as long as it should. Their attention to detail in problem areas around penetrations and valleys, proves they are in this for the long haul. I know personally people that are buying their second roof from Ford Roofing because the roof is over 25 years old and past the manufacturers suggested life.
They know the secret to keeping the weather on the outside of the house. They make roofing an art. Far too often I hear of friends getting a new roof because of storm damage. They get a visit from some fly by night ambulance chasing roofing company leaving door tags in neighborhoods where hail may have been seen. These companies can install a quality shingle but with short cut cheap labor.
It doesn't matter how good the materials, if they are not properly installed. Roofing is not as simple as putting nails in shingles. I trust no one other than Ford Roofing. I know that when they are done, I have nothing to worry about. If you have someone else install your roof because they are cheaper, was it really cheaper if you have to replace it before it is time?

$950 mistake. The people of Ford Roofing are so nice, which made what happened even sadder for me. I only needed siding replaced on one side of my house. They covered the gable vent without my knowledge or consent, thus making the two sides of my house evidently mismatched and my attic venting uneven. They gave me a quote for over $1000 to do the other side!
I would've been willing to pay for the materials to have the other side done the same, but they should've offered to pay the labor. Although the siding itself looks good, there was a lack of attention to detail, shoddy caulking, lackluster clean-up, and questionable decision-making by the installers. Above all, their mistake cost me $950 to replace the other side. I recommend Ford for gutters, but not siding.

I've not used them for roofing needs, and never will. This review is based solely on integrity and personal kindness/professionalism. Maybe it's just sad workers who needs a reminding that they represent this company when driving one of their trucks. In Franklin today, they laughed and smiled and waved and sneered as they cut myself and others off in a merge lane and then taunted about it when passing them. Seriously, how old are you?

I called Ford Roofing Company the first time in 2013 because I had a leak. They replaced a few shingles for $100 and fixed the problem in a few hours, when other roofers would only replace the whole roof. In 2018 I finally had a chance to replace the whole roof and I called Ford Roofing because of the great experience I had the first time. The process was very smooth, they were able to accommodate and complete the job in a single week-end. I had no problems with the roof since then and it looks beautiful. I will definitely call them again for any other roof work.

We recently used Ford Roofing to replace a portion of our roof. They initially came out to inspect a leak we were concerned about and in their inspection determined this was the best plan for correction. Any other company would have told us we needed an entire new roof, but Ford was very honest about the work needed. They were also very fair in their pricing, and the communication before and after the work was fantastic. I would recommend Ford to anyone for any and all roof needs. A++

Ford was recommended to me by a handyman we use who spotted the roofing issue that was causing some water damage in our entry hall. Ford reps were there to assess the job within a couple days of my making a request. About a week later a crew showed up and did a very efficient and quality repair, along with a couple of other minor repairs they brought to my attention.
In addition to the quality work, the crew were professional and courteous. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would have no hesitation whatsoever hiring Ford again for roofing needs.

We have an ongoing roof issue which we paid Ford Roofing Company last year to repair, on a roof they installed. It was not fixed correctly, as we still have drooping and wrinkled shingles and a ridge issue. It took four months to even get someone to respond to us about this still not being properly repaired and today, Dan Ford, after telling me that he just did a 150K roof, as if my $50K roof is not important, hung up on me. Good customer service? I think not! Beware!

I used FORD years ago for my home after a bad storm, and lots of damage. Great job. Now, I just used them again, only to change the look of my home. Gutters. They were greatly on time, wonderful to meet with. Easily to email or call. The guys on site were professional, kept my yard clean, and debris was put away as they worked. Even finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Ford.
