Mark Black and his team at Superior Roofing lived up to their name. They delivered superior service. At a time when nearly every home owner on my street was replacing their roof from storm damages, Mark was able to work me into his busy schedule and complete the roof replacement quickly and they did a beautiful job. Mike is a polite and trusted professional who made himself available at every turn and went out of his way to answer questions and walk me through every step in the process.

He made the process with the insurance adjuster seamless and delivered a work crew that was neat, efficient and cleaned up as they worked. I could not be happier with Superior Roofing and recommend them without any reservation. Mark at Superior Roofing was great to work with. He was very responsive and communicated very thoroughly the estimates & the entire process from start to finish. He worked with the insurance company on any claim details which was super helpful because it can get very confusing & stressful when dealing with insurance companies. We own an older home with a Queen Anne gutter system and some unusual roofing elements. I called Mark Black of Superior Roofing simply about a leaking 6 inch gutter. Recognizing that something peculiar had caused the gutter to leak in that one spot, he examined our roof systems and identified an error made 11 years ago by another roofing company. Mark's crews are industrious, prompt and friendly. Mark's diagnosis of our problem, certainly due to his experience with complex systems, convinced me that he was the best man for our project.

Superior Roofing was very professional. They got up on our very tall roof and took pictures of everything they evaluated. They were knowledgeable regarding current codes and recommended several improvements we could make. We had a leak in our house likely from suboptimally installed roof vents/access. The service person video called me from his car and shared the photos he took and walked me through each one.

It was a fair estimate for the fix and they were timely. My only suggestion is they provide pictures of what they did, because I can't verify without going up on a ladder. Our house has not leaked yet but we have not quite had a big rain/storm yet either. Would recommend to others.

Mark Black and his team at Superior Roofing recently replaced the roof and installed gutter guards on my home. From proposal to end product, Mark did a great job communicating to me a timetable and details of the work to be done. His team was punctual, polite and worked extremely hard replacing our roof which is quite large and has many steep slopes.

I highly recommend Mark Black and Superior Roofing! Mark is very professional, informative and comprehensive. I had an older roof and gutters that needed replacing. He took pictures of the roof and chimney, showing me damage and repairs that were needed. He took the time to explain everything to me, answer all my questions and followed up with me.

He is honest and prices are reasonable. His team made the repairs, replaced the entire roof and gutters and even replaced some shutters for me. Mark cares about the quality of work and came back to inspect the roof himself. I am very impressed with Mark and his team and wouldn't use anyone else!

I had called the best rated places in town. These guys picked up on second ring and set up my free quote immediately. Then they took pics to show me exactly what it was like on the roof and where the damage was! Then they took pictures of the repairs. Timing was amazing, service was genuine and professional, cost was better than what I'd expected.

Mark came out on short notice to repair a small leak that showed up the weekend before our home inspection (of course!). He not only repaired what I needed done, but he checked all the screws on my metal roof and replaced/tightened several that were loose. Happy that we hired Superior Roofing and will continue to use them for all my future roofing needs.

I requested a bid to fix a section of my gutter that was damaged and leaking. The Superior representative told me a patch would not work long term and I needed to replace the entire gutter run to avoid a seem. I came home after the repair to find two gutter sections with a seem exactly where my leak was. I contacted the company representative and was told they couldn't replace the entire gutter due to the long length despite the previous gutter running the entire side of the house.

They apologized for the miscommunication. Regardless, I paid for a gutter with a seem when I could have had a patch at a lower cost. My advice - be careful and be there when they do the work. It may not be what you expect or what they originally communicated.
