The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was because of the CONSTANT price increase for our storage unit. Maria helped us from the beginning to end. She always went above and beyond to solve any issues we had and made our move in and move out a very easy transition.

The customer service is excellent! Mariah was super sweet and very helpful. I would use this storage company again.

I Spoke with Maria today at the location in West Palm Beach on 1016 Clare Ave Ste 3 West Palm Beach 33401 she was so very helpful very friendly & She was able to help me with everything that I needed to take care of I highly recommend you going to this location We always wish that we get people that are very friendly to help us with situations that we need to take care of & Maria was able to take care of all my concerns today, she made my day a lot Easier.

Easy move in as maria showed me everything I needed and was very pleasant from start to finish. She knows her properties well.very clean and comes highly recommended.

I had to put my 81 year old mothers furniture in storage for 5 months while we waited for a room to become available at St. Eds. Village. When I went to move her things after 5 months everything in front of the storage was full of mold (I have pictures). Two men and a truck would not even put these things on their truck so they were pitched. I had to bring my mom back to my house for the weekend until I could get Macy's to deliver a bed and get her lamps and other things we had to leave the day of the move.

Storage Zone stopped the insurance I had gotten saying this is normal wear and tear, you had to throw out her bed covered with mold in only 5 months I don't think so. DO NOT USE this facility.
