I had an issue with a few windows with seal failures. In one day Armor told me 2 out of the 3 windows had lifetime warranty. I really appreciate their quick response.

I have been going here for a few years and spent several $,s on material. They have the Surplus yard across the street from the office that as adequate windows for viewing customers pulling in the surplus yard. I pulled in to get some steel and pulled my own steel of the racks. No big deal there but when you have to wait for someone to come and cut it and there in view of you and never come out, (at least 10 minutes) I had to walk across the street only to find the counter people just sitting talking about and petting there yard cat, with no customers inside.

And one employee sitting petting a cat and looking straight across were i was. The guys there are very nice but not the way to run a yard in a professional manner. Its a small town with another steel yard 60 miles round trip. Thats not cool. I found this to be a gross neglect to me and my time. A simple intercom would do the trick.
