After working here for almost 2 years or so I recommend not to put in a 2 weeks notice they'll just fire you since statistically speaking there can be an accident since you'll lose focus on your job, but others can complete their notice and also about a week ago or so a forklift driver crashed into the terex and they were focused? Idk don't work here if your only happy with 19 an hour no raises are given here even if you do learn how to operate important equipment. Btw the new terex driver drives like there's no speed limit and also cigarette buds all over the break area in the blue building as well.

Granite precasting now old castle is awesome. I have worked here almost 2 years now and it would not want to work anywhere else. This company is amazing. They care about their employees and our plant manager steve is probably the coolest plant manager you will ever meet. If your looking for a good career then this is the place
