Scrivanich Natural Stone

I am a residential construction project manager. We use Scrivanich frequently for fabrication and installation. Jenny is my main point of contact. She seems to have endless product knowledge, and keeps everything running on schedule. From slab layout, to template to installation - all the folks we work with are professional, knowledgeable and pay great attention to detail.

We have used other fabricators, and prefer the team at Scrivanich. I feel confident when I send clients there to choose materials and to work on slab layout when called for. I know they will be taken care of. Every installation we have used them on has been a great experience.

From start to finish, I had a great experience working with Scrivanich. I had mentally prepared myself that my small, half slab project would be small potatoes and less of a priority to whomever I ended up working with. But that was absolutely not the case with Scrivanich. Jenny took the time to pre-select some options based on what I shared over the phone prior to my first visit to their slab yard.

Then texted me over other options when I wanted to consider another style afterwards. I ended up going back to their yard to make a final decision in person and like the first visit, she and the staff were super accommodating and I never felt rushed. Also felt like they gave me solid stylistic advice when choosing between a more contemporary material vs one that would be more consistent with my MCM house and the original cabinet it would lay on. Wildly different than my experience at a different remnant yard where the rep made me feel like I was keeping her from something and just said, "here's what we have" and made no effort to guide me to any options to take a closer look at. Communication around the estimate and install were also timely, they even fabricated it and installed it ahead of schedule!

Larry Scrivanich is a dishonest man and his son is no better. They will have substandard work done to save money and take advantage of others. Repairs have cost me THOUSANDS. I have had actual professionals astounded at the quality of work they provided. items installed wrong, damaged items and property-- as well as clearly USED/REUSED items installed. No reparations made. I will have to seek legal action which is a pain --but I have the proof. Run away from this company!

Scrivanich installed granite countertops throughout our home on Orcas Island about 8 years ago. We were having problems with our kitchen sinks leaking and rattling/vibrating when the garbage disposal was used. I contacted them and they said to redo the caulking around the sink. Just last week, one of the kitchen sinks completely fell down and was no longer connected to the counter.

I called and left a message-no return call in over a week. I originally bought from this company because I was told that they guarantee their sink installs. I would NEVER do business with them again-terrible customer service and they don't back their work!

We visited many countertop shops looking for just that right piece of granite for our home and this shop boasted the most helpful and knowledgeable staff. I learned so much about what to look for in the stone. The choices of granite, quartz and soapstone were plentiful. I highly recommend this wonderful shop!

Beautful stone, friendly people, great selection. The cowboy coffee flagstone really helped finish my backyard!

Our counters turned out great! Unfortunately a few months after they were installed, one of my kids made a little chip in the quartz. Scrivanich sent someone out quickly and they perfectly filled the chip.

Worked with Sam, Larry and Elon for years now. They are straight up the most capable custom shop in the area. I'm very happy with their honest and trustworthy approach.

This company damaged our mirror putting in the backsplash, which was first too short and then to high, and refuses to take responsibility for the crack. The crack became visible at the bottom of the mirror where it was in contact with the backsplash about a month after the backsplash was installed and coincided with the ambient temperature dropping.

When the ambient temperature rose the crack grew even larger. The mirror has been in place without damage or defect for 26 years. How could this have happened if it was not through backsplash installation? Also, on their 2nd attempt to install the backsplash, the installers had to file down the height of backsplash on site, so when they tried to put in the too high backsplash it likely contacted the mirror.

Very disappointing that Scrivanich is putting the cost of mirror replacement on a long time client. I had to file a complaint suit on the owner of Scrivanich Natural Stone, Larry Scrivanich and his bond.

I will not go into details, but an overall traumatic experience

Our countertop project was finished this morning and I could not be happier. The installation crew was super professional, detail oriented and went beyond the call of duty to make sure an old desk could support the weight of the new countertops. From Rick in Sales, to Elon in templating, Ulysses, Ramon and Javier in installation - our entire experience has been top notch!

We did our due diligence and received bids from several other Yelp 5-star rated countertop companies. So glad we chose Scrivanich, head and shoulders above the competition on price and performance.

These guys did a massively oversized island for me. They go the extra mile and also followed up and ended up hiring them for a few more jobs. Their equipment is amazing, scheduling is long but accurate, and Sam provided excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service and well worth the money. Professional, friendly, and impeccable attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone!
