The owner, Javier, is absolutely great. He is very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and experienced. We are delighted with his installation of our doors in our guest bathroom. He explained all details to us very patiently; we love how our bath looks! We will highly recommend his product and services to anyone in need.

I was trying to get a job in my tiny bathroom (a corner glass door installation), and I didn't know how to find the person. After a couple of researchers, I found this company in Port St Lucie. Javier answered my husband's phone call immediately, and he went to my house the same day. In two weeks, I got the best door installation ever in the corner of my small bathroom. Javier and Mirtha are professional, respectful, and friendly people who take care of every detail. Another plus is that they speak Spanish, just if you need a second language like me. I highly recommend this company to all of you who need a similar job.

Having been a multi-state licensed & certified tile/marble contractor, I have loads of experience with tub/shower glass installers. Javier, from Sugarloaf, rates among the top of the list. Came into Port St. Lucie area from out of town to visit family. Glass window got broken under my watch and desperately reached out to multiple sources for a solution on a Friday slightly after 5pm. No one picked up, but was incredibly fortunate that Javier took my call and informed me that he could arrive by 1:30pm next day (Saturday) to replace the glass.
We set the appointment and told him I'd re-confirm next day. I've heard bad stories of contractors showing up late or not at all in Florida, so as one can imagine was slightly skeptical. Next morning called at least half dozen other companies and aside from majority not being open on Saturdays, was provided a very high quote by one source. Quickly confirmed appt. with Javier and he said he'd arrive by 1:30pm.
He actually got here almost an hour earlier and provided exceptional service. Excellent workmanship, worked at a nice pace, very pleasant and personable. I highly recommend Javier from Sugarloaf Glass & Doors. Not only is he a subject matter expert in glass, but takes pride in his craft and leaves the site impeccably clean as if nothing ever happened. Thank you Javier! I'll be sure to recommend you to my family and friends.

Javier from Sugarloaf Glass and Doors came and measured our shower for a glass enclosure, gave us an estimate and we picked out what glass we wanted. We went with them because the price was great for the quality we were getting. Wait time was 2 weeks and then they came immediately to install the glass shower enclosure. They were punctual, professional, neat and genuinely very nice people with great customer service.
The quality, the value were exceptional. and the glass is perfect and exactly what we ordered. They matched the door handle to our vanity handles. They came at the appt time, and did quality, excellent work. No problems, no worries, our best experience ever from start to finish. When finished they cleaned up after themselves which was great!. It has been a long time since I have dealt with such a reputable company. He communicated regularly to let me know when he would be arriving. He and his sweet wife came at the scheduled time. Amazing! Not only did they replace my old sliding glass door window, but they went above and beyond. The gentleman spent time making sure that the door was secure and clean and properly sealed.
My doors are ancient and were not rolling or locking before they came, but they made sure that they were properly secured and rolling before he left. This was not part of the job. I could tell they take a lot of pride in their work and don't finish until everything is perfect. This is a rare quality these days. If I could give 6 stars, I would. I will recommend them to everyone I know. The service was exceptional on all levels.

Fantastic! Javier did an outstanding job with my new glass shower doors and my dining room glass table. He was exceedingly professional, polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He was extremely responsive to all of my questions. Javier arrived on time and provided immaculate workmanship. I love my new shower and my new table. He provided them both at a fair and competitive price, and more importantly, I know I can trust him to stand behind his work. I would definitely hire him again! Excellent customer service and quality product! I needed to have the glass replaced in an impact window. Javier from Sugarloaf answered his phone on my first call, answered all my questions, came out the next day and gave us a very reasonable quote.
