My husband and I went to the location to view their vinyl and acrylic as mentioned on their website. They have signs on the door to call. We called and the lady who answered says they aren't allowing anyone in. I asked how can I make a purchase. She said to call it in. So I said I need to know what's available. She said do online research ( that was a very rude comment).
I told her I reviewed the site and there is very limited information. Long story short they offered no help and don't want customers in the building. I know we are experiencing a pandemic right now, but if Macy's and other stores can figure out how to let masses of ppl in the stores to shop in person they should be able to figure out how to let at least one person at a time. And if they aren't open to customers coming in just list that on the website and offer better information online.

I was looking for an affordable source of clear acrylic and Calsak had great pricing! the order and pick up were super easy, and they cut to size for a very good price. I made a measurement error and had to bring some back to re-cut, and they were incredibly kind and re-cut it for free! definitely recommend this place and would come back for future projects

I have been a Calsak Plastics customer for more than 20 years. Prices always competitive. Service always top notch. Conversations often go about like this "Ok, thanks for the order, it will be ready Thursday." Then I'm like, "How about Wednesday." And they're like, "Okay." The boss, Kurt, is a legend in the Seattle plastics community for some good old fashioned schmoozy salesmanship.

Placed an order with Jimmy Knoll (sales rep) on 8/31/2017 and received an invoice and provided payment. It is now 9/8/2017 and I have yet to receive the items which were a piece of Lexan (48" x 96") cut into 20 pieces of different sizes all simple quadrilaterals. I was told it would be finished at the latest Wednesday 9/6/2017 and that did not happen.
I'm would not recommend them for any work that requires a set timeline. They may do great work and this may not reflect the company as a whole but in my mind it does. It is utterly unacceptable and really frustrating when you try to support local instead of going online. I'll just have to go online and purchase what I was hoping would be a local purchase.

Their prices were pretty reasonable, but I must say that I didn't feel like they valued my business as a small-time customer. I suspect they get lots of big orders for thousands of dollars, and I've only been there twice for ~$300 each visit, but I really left feeling like I was only an inconvenience to them. I'll probably bring my business elsewhere next time.
