I understand the sensation, due to the fact that I'm a reformed hoarder myself. Our experience with Magnolia Homes has been wonderful so far. Our sales contact, Ryan Arthur, has been extremely responsive to our many questions throughout the process of building our new home. The design center appointment took what could have been overwhelming and made it a breeze. Our home will not be finished until next spring, but so far this process has been fantastic with Magnolia Homes.

This team is A+. My father has been in commercial and development lending for over 35+ years. That being said, I grew up around big builders - This team is the cherry on an ice cream sundae. Thomas Spencer is a phenomenal agent. Warm and kind to all clients. He is always available for questions and makes this process a joy due to his amazing personality.

Wow! The search for the perfect home started and ended after looking at one of Magnolia's Model's home. My husband was mesmerized by it's beauty, sophistication, floor plan, lighting fixtures, wooden floors, building structure, and the differences not offered by other builders like siding, warranties and other important long term investments. I on the other hand was impressed with the genuine attitudes of the Magnolia's team.
The house was gorgeous, but the willingness and patience of all the staff to treat you like a potential buyer long before the decision was made to actually move forward. Patiently, Johnathan & Jordan answered every question as if we had already made a down deposit. The horror stories of building was not our story, due to the partnership between David, Laurie and Hunter and ourselves, everything was excuted with profound results.
And the icing on the cake was Ms Garner at orientation and closing, personally making sure everything was understood and the passion that she has for her Beautiful, Elegant homes is evident in her smile and warmth. We are pleased that we followed our gut/intuition and build our dream home with Magnolia!

We Love our New Magnolia Home in Shepard's Creek. The entire Magnolia staff were all helpful throughout the building process. We could not have built this house from long distance (New Orleans) without the help of Heather Oakes. She went above and beyond her job, she was always there for me answering all my questions, sending pictures and keeping me updated so that I did not fall behind on the process. We plan on Loving our Home for a very long time.

From the beginning, as we worked with Heather Oakes, affiliate broker, to choose the perfect home until the end when we did a final walk-through with Karen Garner it was a seamless process. Building a house with Magnolia Holmes was truly a great experience. Karen & Reggie are incredible at making sure your home is truly unique and distinctive. Along with the architect's many efforts, they spent numerous hours in the beginning making sure our plans were perfect and to our exact specifications. They tirelessly work to ensure everything is planned out perfectly and that it remains that way throughout the building process.
From there construction began and our construction supervisor, Hunter, was amazing. He was very organized and helpful by answering any and all questions no matter how small. He also made sure our home was completed in our desired time frame, which was fast! The sales team was always available and made sure we had nothing to worry about along the way and that everything was going according to plan.

My husband and I bought our Magnolia Home a little over a year and a half ago, and we could not be happier! The decision to purchase a Magnolia Home was an easy one for us. The quality of the homes they build are amazing! We love the open floor plan, beautiful wood floors, high ceilings, granite counter tops, whirlpool bathtub, the list goes on and on.
