It depends on what your tool needs and if we have the parts on hand or if we have to order them. Unfortunately, right now, things can be on back-order for months, which will hold us up from finishing the repair.

Milo runs a great store. I have been buying things from him for 30 years and have always gotten great service. His repair shop is a great help too. The selection of tools is unmatched from Portland to Sacramento.

Great place to buy tools because they have it and it's not a big box store! Purchased one of their grease guns and a couple tubes of grease, because the one I bought there, well a long time ago finally gave up.

They have so many unique items. The staff also can find what you need without hunting around the whole store. Milo is the owner and is very friendly. Always greeted with a welcome.

Carefully when you buy in this store. They's have different prices on tag, what you pay in the cashier the charge you more money. I not back anymore in that store.

I just had the pleasure of shopping at Oregon Tool& Supplie. The owner, Milo, helped me with a metal lathe and milling machine purchase. His, and the rest of the staff's customer service was beyond belief. He is super knowledgeable about all the machines and brands. He showed me everything I need to get started in machining and was so pleasantly helpful I thought I had gone back in time to Mayberry USA. I will absolutely be bringing all my machining busines here. Milo is an example of world class customer service. Thank you!

I couldn't believe how much they have in their store! The staff is great and very friendly, I look for that at a business. Milo, you were right, this breaker bar is strong American steel. I looked at Harbor Freight, theirs are narrow and would definitely break. Thank you! :

Was really impressed. Had a great visit with the guy who started the business, even though they didn't have the item I needed as it was a speciality electrical connector. Still, a great place to shop with lots of stuff.
