My wife and I enjoyed working with Window World on our recent window installation. They were very flexible in scheduling the installation of our 19 windows. I had WW replace half my windows a few years ago and have been happy with that work and so it made it easy this year when I wanted to replace my remaining windows which included a bay window with two side windows. Amazing people. They kept in contact to let us know when our windows arrived, booked out 3 days to complete the job and came in under schedule. Replaced 19 windows in all with 2 being bay windows converted to double hung. The house, very old, they even reframed a couple to insure proper fitment, made sure the siding was back in place, and extremely completely cleaned up everything. Absolutely great.

We requested service to windows that had been installed by the previous owners. They took the time to look up the account information and proactively reached out to schedule the appointment. 23 windows were installed within 3 hours which was amazing. The whole next day was spent "wrapping" and sealing the windows. The windows are of excellent quality in my opinion. They performed small carpentry repair work satisfactorily. The project manager although not on site was very responsive. Now the bad: They arrived on time although their original truck broke down and were delayed several hours.

Original caulk job was unprofessional and had to be redone. 3 window sashes had scraped/cut lines in the glass and will need (free) replacement (lifetime guarantee). 2 installed side edges had visible damage and needed to be replaced and should not have been used originally. Email with pre-work setup went directly into my spam folder - a text would have been better.

Brenda did an amazing job keeping me informed and helping me through the installation process. October 17th 2018, was the day that some of our windows were replaced in our 1900 Victorian home. What more can I say but WOW! the draft has stopped! The clarity is CLEAR! and it slides up and down smooth as butter. I can now clean the inside and out without issue. Locks in the upper position, the down position, screens are amazing. We went with the series 4000 series which was the best bang for out buck! with new siding.

Outstanding customer service! Upon calling the office i was greeted by a very polite project manager who promptly scheduled John to come out to my house to provide an estimate. John was extremely knowledgeable and had no trouble providing detailed information about the different door configurations i was considering. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me pick out the perfect new front door.

The door was meticulously installed by Igor, who was an absolute professional throughout the process. He was very pleasant while also making sure the door was square, shut tightly, and had a flawless install. I also bought new gutters from Window World which came out great as well.

Choosing Window World of Hartford was the BEST decision we could have made for our home. They installed replacement windows throughout our entire house (including basement), and put in two gorgeous copper-roof bay windows in the front. This required cutting into our siding, taking out two existing double hung windows, and supporting the structure with new construction. AJ and his team were efficient, kind, and amazing from beginning to end.

They left our property cleaner than they found it, and were in and out in under three days! They made sure our experience was completely custom-tailored to what we wanted, and were communicative throughout the whole process. We just had 17 windows installed 2/16/18 and were very pleased with the windows and the installers. They knew what they are doing and were very professional, as well as courteous. The windows were installed with perfection and when they left you could not even tell they were there. They left the house spotless - inside and out. The only thing left behind was their sign on the lawn and we were happy to have them leave it there.

There was a problem with 2 windows and AJ, project manager, was out on Monday and knew exactly what to do to get them working properly. My only complaint - what took us so long to have them do this job lol! We would HIGHLY recommend them!
