Mark Nichols purchased Taylors Window & Screen, Inc. (TWS) in 1992. The original shop was located on Main Street in Taylors, South Carolina. The small storm window and screen repair shop had been in business for over 30 years prior to our purchase. Over the years, TWS has experienced steady growth resulting in several moves around the Taylors and Greenville area. In 2017, we moved to our new faciilty at 401 Furman Hall Road in Greenville, with 75,000 square feet of prime manufacturing space and a showroom.

I'm so impressed with Taylor's! Paul came out and didn't "sell" me windows, he sold me his sincerity, and fun personality. I got 2 quotes from other companies that acted only as salesmen, and their windows were WAY more expensive (one of them almost double). They quoted me 18-20 weeks but they arrived in half the time and they look amazing! 100% recommended!

Sales person came to our house and provided us with a quotation. We signed up for installation of over 20 windows for our house. They took over $7000 as a deposit and then phoned up 5 weeks later and said that they had decided that they didn't want to do the job. Sales guy was great - pity his boss doesn't have the same focus on customer service. We've lost six week now in getting replacement windows that we badly need.

From the beginning, the customer service was amazing. The salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The follow up calls by the office to keep updated on time frames and other needed information were great. The install happened at the times agreed upon and very fast and efficiently. They cleaned behind themselves and left with a great product installed. Thank you again!

Paul is an incredibly genuine guy. He's honest, personable and knowledgeable. He's not some pushy sales man but the complete opposite. Although Taylor's Windows was not the cheapest, they also weren't the most expensive. Final product completed by their best guy, Travis looked phenomenal. Amanda in the office kept me up to date on product shipment and scheduling to complete the project. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for quality in window replacement and customer service. Also, love that they are local too!

We are very pleased with our Taylor Windows. Every part of our experience was great. There was not a hard sell, the salesman was friendly and very professional. The company made custom windows in a very reasonable time. We had great communication with the company through e-mails. Installation was painless, done in a little over an hour. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Taylor's Windows replaced all of the original windows in my 1974 home. I was impressed with the professionalism displayed from the start of the process to the finish. Not only was my sales agent knowledgeable and courteous, the installation crew was skilled and professional. The entire job was complete in one morning with not a speck of dust left to mark their presence.
The windows are great quality and made an immediate improvement to the sound proofing, weather proofing, and look of my home. I highly recommend Taylor's Windows to anyone looking to upgrade the windows in their home. My only regret is that I didn't contact do this project sooner!

Taylors Windows offers an excellent window. We purchased the 7000 Series vinyl windows because we wanted the exterior siding channel. These windows deliver an updated look and provide high comfort from the hot sun. Paul, our salesman, was low pressure and responsive. The installation was great - they didn't rush, and didn't complain about working 3 stories off the ground on ladders. Satisfied.
