If I could give a negative star rating I would. Before this company was bought out it was a great company to work with. They were fast and reliable and fairly priced, with great customer service and top notch communication. Now they are owned by a larger company and have gone way down. Our garage door fell, they came and replaced a cable. Two weeks later it fell again and caused more damage to the door from their failed repair.
We waited months for them to come fix it. No one reached out to let us know anything, not even to tell us it was not covered under their company warranty. I have recently been informed that they do not warranty anything, so if they fix it one day and it breaks the next day you will be charged for it all even if it was their fault. This company is HORRIBLE and will rip you off. Do not use this company.

Didn't mind waiting 12 weeks for my garage door. The installation didn't go well. First crew installed the door without ensuring it was seated against the weather strip, bottom horizontal brace was bowed (not level), a bolt was missing, damaged insulation. Second crew seated the door, straightened the bottom horizontal brace, replaced the damaged section of insulation with a section of foam that's not the same color and left foam particles all over my garage floor. Installing the section of required partial removal of the top horizontal brace -- when they reinstalled the top horizontal brace it was bowed. I fixed the horizontal myself. People in the office were great but the road crews don't perform good professional work. Still waiting for matching foam section.

I have used this company twice in the last five years with great success. They are quick to respond and pricing is very reasonable. I have had door springs replaced (2X) and a replacement operator installed. Acme will install the operator you get from Lowes or Home Depot. They came out the same day I called (Monday). They are closed on weekends. A solid company.
