Established in 1932, in the garage of Walter Sr. and Mary Dlubak's Natrona Heights PA home, the company is still family owned & operated, and is now in its 3rd generation of family ownership. Since its start in the bottle recycling business, Dlubak Glass Company has expanded to be one of the biggest US recyclers and processors of glass.

Would never work for these people again. They only care about the almighty dollar and could care less about people. I was injured, on the job, and they could've cared less. I was fired after I was injured, how convenient. I would rather be poor and have respect and be able to look myself in the mirror verses money and a bad reputation about treating people poorly.
