Since our inception in 1985 Sunbelt Vacuum Service, Inc. has provided excellence in roof aggregate removal and preparation services. Originally offering services in Texas, we began expanding nationwide in the late 90s. Our corporate headquarters are located in Palmer, TX, just south of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, and we maintain a series of dispatch locations across the United States.
In addition to our standard services, we provide several options to meet the needs of today's market including vacuuming footprints for the installation of solar panels and roof aggregate removal in preparation for a green roof installation.

Services
Ballast removal or dry vacuuming as it is also referred to as is the foundation of our service line. Our vacuum system is set up next to the building and connected to a specialized nozzle using a combination of hose and PVC pipe. We then make a single pass to remove all loose and non-embedded rock from the roof surface.
