Was able to get same-day service for something that I wouldn't necessarily consider a full emergency. Job went from a simple repair to a replacement when the water heater was found to have more issues than anticipated, and I made the choice to replace it for safety reasons (damaged wiring). They were able to source a new water heater and have it delivered with no notice and installed same day. Couldn't have asked for better service.

I called Haire & the company came out the same morning, right away! Very knowledgeable, very reasonably priced! Had our unit fixed by lunch time! So pleased with the customer service, safety measures provided especially during Covid. We also purchased the annual maintenance plan! We're going to continue using Haire plumbing & Maintence Co. HVAC Certified for all our Ac/heating needs & plumbing when we need any plumbing work done! Thank you, Britt, Chris & all your employees for being so attentive to our ax/heat needs!

Installed tankless water heater didn't vent or tighten something correctly which lead to a gas leak in my garage thankfully there was no ignition source and my home didn't explode. They did have someone come fix their mistake. No harm no foul. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and professional, and they seem to be equally concerned about my issues

The company had the 1st available appointment--and there may be a reason why. The quality of the work rates as a 4.5. The service technician did good work, but failed to install the trim pieces onto the dishwasher. After the installation, the service tech came in with the bill and attempted to charge me for 1 hour and 15 minutes (rate is $110/hour).
The problem is, he was only here for **50 minutes** working. Then, 13 minutes was spent typing his paperwork up on his handheld. When I asked him about the labor charge and disputed the $27.50 overcharge in labor, he simply stated the total again. When I said I will need to contact the company, he changed the charge to an hour. After I paid, he left without saying thank you--easily overlooked, but worth noting.
When I called the office to speak with a manager about the attempted overcharge, I was met with a negative attitude from the receptionist (who thought she might be able to resolve the issue). I was then transferred to the supervisor/dispatcher (I asked for originally), who did not care about my concern and had a despicable attitude for a supervisor--interruptive, dismissive, and failure to listen to the primary concern.
Technical service is EXTREMELY important, but quality and RESPECTFUL customer service is what keeps a customer coming back. This company will not get a call from me in the future. I simply don't deserve disrespect nor deception. (BTW, in the end, the labor charge would've been more than anyone else, had I allowed the overcharge--since I prevented that from happening, the labor ended up being $14 less than the 2 other companies who quoted me). 8:37am arrival, work finished at 9:27am; 9:40am walked in with paperwork to sign and pay.

Had a very ticklish problem with a Delta kitchen faucet. Intermittent dripping that was difficult to diagnosis. After more than 20 years of dealing with Haire Plumbing for plumbing issues and installation of a truly solid and energy efficient gas pack, it was time to contact them. Richard Rodriguez was sent to address the problem, and within minutes the issue was properly diagnosed, the repair very simply explained, and I could not be more impressed with his professional expertise, his communication skills, and rate him as one of the most impressive representatives of this already well thought of company.
He was timely, efficient and knowledgeable. He's definitely my guy from now on, and as usual, you can count on this company for fair pricing, excellent service, and top of the line employees. Thanks Mr. Haire!

$431.00 to replace an ABS P-Trap under my tub ten foot from my crawl space entrance! I was told that the service call was $36.00 and the repair would run $110.00 per hour afterwards! I was told that an estimate for repairs would be provided. Instead, two technicians (both very polite and professional) repaired the issue without advance warning or estimate! (First Issue) (Second Issue) Worse case scenario, cut the ABS "T" out and use no hub bands to reattach a new one. Insert a 2" inch piece of ABS in the side port and then reattach the newABS P-Trap and connect to the existing basket strainer!
Why was I charged $150.00 in parts to complete this repair. Parts being marked-up is expected nowadays! I completely understand and get it! It's how these businesses survive! A minimal repair in the best interest of the customer would not of required the parts utilized. I had no problems with sewer gases entering my home prior to the leak discovery.
The repair was topped off with a new studorvent. Was there a studorvent already present? If so, why wasnt it reused? If not, the pipe attached to the top of the "T" should have already been tied into the stack and subsequent venting! I can ultimately respect a technician's decision to utilize a material other than the original ABS (which is what occured) but I am bothered that a new vent was utilized when one already existed!
This is why an estimate for repairs should have been provided. (Third Issue) Labor for two technicians! I was told $110.00 per hour. At no time from initial call to you owe $431.00 was I told that it was $110.00 per hour, per technician! I would have told this business that I would not be utilizing their services had I been notified of the labor amount involved!
When I called to complain, I was told by a female attendant that this should have been implied! Implied means there should have been a reasonable expectation before repairs began. I was never told two technicians were going to be dispatched! This business didn't bid for the job or provide an estimate that revealed all applicable charges! An automobile shop charges $115.00 per hour.
Do you pay them $230.00 per hour because two technicians collaborated on the repair! If this job was bid on and I accepted their terms, I wouldn't have a word to say! This is not a very good business model! I will enthusiastically go out of my way to make sure others know about my experience! I was not looking for a free or cheap repair. If I was, I would of hired a Craigslist special. What I was looking for was an honest and fair repair! One where I was involved in the decision making process at any point before "you owe".

This was the only company who could service my toilet immediately when it stopped working. Every other company in Fayetteville said that they would follow up with me the next day. This is my second time using their service, and both experiences were outstanding! The last Person who serviced my toilet was Dan. He was fast, and extremely knowledgeable about his job. Everything he did was quality work. I would highly recommend Dan. Hopefully my bathroom does not need repairs again, but if it does, I'm definitely choosing Haire Plumbing!

If I could give no star this company would have no effing stars! When the guy came put to our home for a leak that we have been noticing over time he turns on all the the faucets and let's them run for no more than 3 minutes! He says I don't see a leak and charged us 103.41 for the visit and all he did was run our water! Told me to continue to use our appliances normally till it happened again then call back!
We pay our bill over the phone with the plumber that day they run our card all is fine we will just go with another business it's fine. Then they run our card again the next day! So we were charged 206 dollars for a man to run water in our home. It took him longer to write the bill than it did foe him to inspect our problem. When we called about getting our second charge returned they asked us to come in on Monday so they can see what happened.
I can not believe this place has so many good reviews when all they are is a bunch of crooks. **** Changing to 3 star update. When contacted on Monday we received our money back with multiple apologies about the service and double charge. The fact that they did not try to justify their end was helpful. Still will not go back but they have mended my issue towards them.
