If I could give zero stars, I would have. I have been trying to get an estimate (and a breakdown of it) for SEVERAL months. Only to find out today (after reminding them several times that I still needed help), that they WILL give you an estimate for over $8,000.00. However, they will NOT tell you how much each piece is that you are buying. To quote the employee: "I'm sorry but it's just our company policy.
We don't price individual pieces, we price your entire shower as a whole because you will need all the pieces, not just one. If you want a price for just the shower pan that is no problem, many people will do a marble shower pan but tile walls, etc. But we aren't set up to give out pricing for each individual piece of the shower walls - it's priced as a group.
I'm not making up anything as I go. This is just the way we quote our showers, and it's the way we have always quoted our showers." See the attached estimate they sent me. There are 11 different pieces just in the shower alone. Not once has she even mentioned they can quote me on the shower pan I ASKED for it. Why is it such an issue to SHOW ME what exactly I am paying for?
