A Ability Glass

Critical: Quality I had two large double hung windows replaced by A Ability Glass. One fell out of the frame and smashed on the cement. They broke the corner out of the second window and then smeared white caulk on it to seal it. They then came back to replace the window that fell out free of charge and it fell out AGAIN yesterday. Service: Glass installation

We had a great overall experience with A-Ability Glass who replaced 12 windows in our house. Crystal at the office was easy to work with and always kept us up to speed on the entire process. Rome and Livingston performed the work and did an outstanding job. Both were very professional and skilled installers. Would highly recommend these guys. Thanks

Would love to give them more stars but this store isn't even aware of where their products come from. Had gorgeous shower doors that jammed and exploded all over me while in the shower causing injuries. After incident a simple Google search pulled up incidents all over the country of these doors exploding injuring people. I called this location to inform them and attempt to get the manufactures name just to report the incident. Turned into a 2 week drama as guy at the store didn't even want to talk to me told me he had no info even though we purchased over 2000 dollars worth of his glass doors.

Even getting the BBB involved didn't help as the store continued to tell me they don't know where there products come from. I did call another location they gave me to find out - only to be told by that place AAbility would have the information. Long story short - beautiful glass but poor business practices especially as this exploding glass door problem only grows. Irresponsible businesses will be held responsible.

AAbility was great from beginning to end. Tracey was pleasant, helpful, informative, and worked with our scheduling needs. Chris went over everything during the first visit and answered all of our questions and even made a quick adjustment at no cost. Shane who did our glass replacement was very friendly and left everything perfect when he was done. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you AAbility Glass!

These guys have the worst communication we've ever encountered. They tun up to your place and expect you to be there without having made an appointment. When you do make an appointment, they don't show up. When you call to make another appointment, Tracey can't accept they perhaps made a mistake and talks over and over you. Terrible communication and very poor customer service.

A-Ability Glass has an A+ ability in making beautiful mirrors and shower enclosures. Lee was great to work with and he and his team nearly accomplished the impossible with our oversized custom mirrors and shower doors through our dream house. They are a pleasure to work with and continue to give top notch customer service. Highly recommend!

Never ever go here! A person who answers the phone, Tracey is nasty and impossible to deal with. I had an estimate on a custom window which as much as I tried they never gave me. There prices have increased. I had gone there for windows and screens for 25 years and now they are just the worst.

I went into A-Ability looking for a supply I needed for my daughter's science fair project (she is building a sextant for her project on celestial navigation). In order to build it we needed two small pieces of mirrored glass, one of which we needed to figure out how to strip the mirror silver off of half. Roger spent time with me figuring out how to get the epoxy/paint off of the back and then how to get the silver off of the glass!

Such a friendly and helpful gentleman. Then he got the pieces of glass we need cut within just a few hours. If you've got a project that requires a bit of help/creativity go see Roger. Thank you so much!

A-Ability is an experienced, 30 year old glass co. Contracted them to install a frameless glass shower and WC frosted door. Lee was friendly, accomodating, and professional, as were his installers. They made one mistake on the size of my pull handles and accepted responsibility. I had to push a bit to get a fair credit, but it worked out in the end.

Later I brought a mirror by the shop to have it cut. It was done on the spot, and they even cut a metal frame for it I had bought elsewhere, doing a perfect job faster and cheaper than the frame stores. All in all, these guys are far superior to Slade Glass, who I find take forever to respond and are priced too high.

They were an hour and a half late with no call. Then, the repair man treated me like an imbecile. They didn't have the part either. Said they'd reschedule, took about 2 weeks to hear from them. Set up a second appointment and they never showed up; no call, no text. And they haven't called back since.

I requested a quote for a piece of glass. the lady in the office was unable to quote me a precise cost and said she would get back to me in a day or two. a week later I hadn't heard from her. On the eighth day she got back to me with the real price. by that time I had moved on to another vendor.

I'd recommend buying a replacement panel online and doing it yourself if possible. I generally support local-owned businesses, but there's a point at which it just doesn't make sense. It was 2-3 weeks by the time the replacement glass was installed and it didn't go very well. The glass was installed obviously crooked, among other issues. I suggested that they refund me the installation cost, but I haven't heard anything back on that.

Lee with A-Ability Glass is a true professional. This is the fourth bathroom glass shower door he installed for me. He is punctual, professional and his prices can not be beat. I can not comment on the window side of the business but I would recommend Lee 100%.

My husband and I had three kitchen windows and three bedroom windows (bay windows) in need of replacement. Andrew Roy, Estimator/Manager, was prompt with his scheduled appointment and came into our home with an air of confidence and professionalism. His approach was one that made you feel that his passion for quality would rival that of his own home.

He sent a crew, Curtis (Job Foreman), Logan and Keith, who came into our home, were friendly and professional and had the work done in about five hours. The work was beautiful and the crew ensured that the work area was very clean. I couldn't ask for better service and would highly recommend A-Ability Glass Co., Inc. to anyone in need of windows.

A-Ability Glass Company is pretty close to where I work. I have seen their billboard, and noticed their glass trucks all over the place around Boulder County. So when there was a mishap with the rear window of my car recently, I thought of A-Ability. I got an estimate from the dealership where I bought the car, and they were very pleasant too (Fisher Honda) but said that I could probably get a more reasonable price on an after-market replacement window (a new window, but not made by Honda) elsewhere.

I also checked with my regular mechanic, and they said they would get the window from the dealership anyway, so I may as well check elsewhere if an after-market window was ok with me. So I brought my wounded car to A-Ability Glass and they did some calling around and within a short time found a new after-market window that would be less than half of the original prices quoted to me, including labor.

The window came in on the next business day, and was installed within an hour. The price was exactly as estimated. Courteous prompt service, good job done--with attention to detail. Nice smoothie / coffee shop up front to spend time at while waiting. They do home and auto glass, BTW.
