Five stars are not enough to describe how amazing Bill Schwartz log spiral staircases are! A true artisan and consummate professional, from my very first call I made to Stairmaster (which he answered in person) to the extensive help he provided us in order to secure our permit with Boulder County, Bill has been a wealth of knowledge, a delightful personality and joy to work - only surpassed by his exceptional workmanship and spot-on detailing.
Quick to answer texts or phones calls, scouting for the perfect log - in our case, a hard-to-find, 32' beautiful bluish-tint beetle kill structural log column with 2 levels of hand crafted log spiral treads wrapping around. He would call to check on floor finish and opening dimensions to a high tolerance (my husband being an engineer appreciated that) We only wish our custom log home quality and workmanship would have been close to the level of skill and artfulness Bill put into our staircase we now have showcased in our entryway. It is Absolutely Breathtaking and well worth every dollar - Thank You Bill! Heather & Stan
