I had a huge crack in my windshield that I needed fixed. One company gave me a lowball amount which seemed like a bait and switch since I already knew I needed the entire windshield needed to be replaced and not repaired. I made a few other calls to a few places and their prices were a little higher. Also, Reliable was the only company that seemed to fit my schedule.

They have mobile service but I needed to get to the shop since it's difficult to let guests in at my job. I really liked how the place was about 7 mins away from my house. I was quoted a 2 hour time of completion but my windshield was replaced in 30 minutes! You can't even tell it's been replaced. I also felt as ease with their warranty terms. I pictured a boring waiting but the location that I went to had TV and offered water. The waiting room was clean as well.

Twice I have used Reliable Glass for home glass replacement and sliding door repair. They have been great both times with excellent service and very reasonable pricing. Definitely recommend them and they will be my go-to for any future needs as well.

This was my second experience with Reliable Glass. shortly after they installed my new window ( again done so professionally and with urgency), a small rock hit the windshield so they had to come back. And second time around they didn't disappoint. They came quickly, on schedule and fixed it in 20 mins. Both techs that came out had great customer service skills l. I've been meaning to get my windshield fixed for a while but didn't have the energy to get it done. I finally used yelp and was able to have the company's contact ME with prices and warranties so I could easily choose. Reliable Glass was my first pick right away. They had awesome reviews, a good price with a year of chip/rock repairs, and very good service.

I called Monday to set up an appointment for Wednesday and they gave me a two hour time frame that Tuesday night of when the technician would be there. Gary was who help me and no words other than amazing customer service. Very nice and professional!

Reliable glass was recommended to me by my insurance agent. They called immediately after my insurance notified them we needed our windshield replaced. I received a follow-up text the night before and the morning of my appointment the technician showed up on time. The technician Tom was great at communicating what he was going to do with my vehicle &what I was to do with it after it was completed. He was extremely knowledgeable kind and courteous & efficient! Very nice to work with a local business. Much better pricing than Safelite. Took my car to their shop, rather than a remote visit to me. Replacing the windshield took about an hour. They also offer a one year chip warranty. The big plus, local owners.

I came in to get my windshield replaced because it had acquired a few cracks in it and I wanted to get it taken care of before monsoon season hit. There is a cancellation for an earlier appointment, and the company called me asking if I would like to come in earlier, which I told them I could, and I did! Did! They were thorough and checking out the car, to make sure there were no extra dings or cracks that I was unaware of, and was told it would take about 2 hours. Windshield was replaced within an hour, and was told what to do and what not to do for the next 48 hours while everything's set.

The people there were very sweet, the atmosphere was laid back, and the technician who helped me was very informative and answered any questions I had. Will definitely go here again if I have any issues or need any other work done for my car :

Reliable Glass came to my rescue after another major named company failed me. The other company that starts with an "S" for "sorry." was scheduled today through my insurance to change out the window on my older Expedition while I was at work. The technician showed up and took off my window then told me he could not continue my change out because there was some rust on the frame.

He continues to explain to me that he cannot put back my old window because it was cracked and that I would have to have my truck towed to a body shop to have the window frame repaired before they can replace the window- all at my own expense of course. I'm no window installer professional but when I looked at the frame I saw very little signs of rust and my first thought was that it could be buffed out. Anyways, there I was left stranded at work and my truck without a window.

I searched for a local auto window company and thankfully found Reliable Glass' number. Ms. Katie was my Superhero and got me the help I needed. Even though it was already later in the business day she made phone calls and had conversations to ensure I got help. Katie even helped me three-way call my insurance company to transfer the claim and to also complain about the other company that left me stranded.

Not too much longer another Superhero Mr. Joey arrived to my workplace parking lot and changed out my window. Sure enough the little rust spot only required a quick wire brushing and wipe off. He then finished the job. Professional, friendly, and quick reliable service! I learned a very valuable lesson today- use local business they take much better care of you! I just want to thank Reliable Glass for the courteous and professional service they provided me. I called them from WI to replace the windshield on my sons vehicle. He is out in the Valley playing college baseball. As you can imagine, he has a very busy schedule. I just had my front windshield replaced at one of your shop location on North Central Ave. Your technician was courteous with excellent customer service skills. I can't be sure but the business card provided has Joey Loisel on it. Your telephone agent named Andres was also exceptional by all means. However, my problem was not inspecting the quality of the parts provided before leaving.

I was in such a hurry to leave, I completely forgot to look things over before paying for the job. Upon further inspection, the driver side rubber seal was curled over. A manufacturer's defect that I should have seen and resolved with the technician before leaving. Anyways, I applied some black silicone as a permanent fix to this problem. Other then that, the overall experience was good.

I have the worst luck when it comes to windshields, I keep getting chips & cracks. But then I feel so much better knowing Reliable will do a great job fixing a chip or replacing my windshield. Their AWESOME! Quality work and professionalism.

There is not much to it. I don't have glass insurance. My windshield got a crack which turned into a whole windshield crack from top to bottom so it needed to be replaced. Called Reliable and got a quote and made an appointment. They came on time and changed the window. I was charged ~$450 which I have no idea is high or low.

I want to give a hearty shout out, thanks and gratitude to tech, Tom Hardwood for his professionalism, courtesy and expertise in replacing the glass on my HHR LS. He did over and above than just replacing the glass. He made sure the trim around the entire window was secure or it was replaced. When installer came out to repair my side window he broke my door panel removing it. Was told as soon as he was done it was broken prior to him working on it. The door panel was replaced last November and was in New condition! Window install was done fine he just broke my new door panel and didnt take blame. Horrible experience and horrible work quality and ethic! Would only recommend if you want your car broken and them to deny doing it!

This is the second time I've used Reliable Glass and both times were great. Highly recommend. They came to repair my windshield, he tried his best to fill the already spreading crack, but while working on it, the crack got too big so he called his office right away and they were able to get me a full replacement windshield the very next day! Their customer service is amazing and they had already contacted my insurance for me.

The technician Nate was very curious and professional. Although he was a but late I was kept in the Loop and wasn't in a hurry really anyway. They did a Ford Escape for me about 3 or 4 years ago through insurance. Now we did our Ford Explorer not on the insurance but I bought it on my own good price under 500 with other parts was done within hour is done within hour and a 1/2 so I'm happy with reliable thank you

We have 1997 Lincoln Town car that someone broke the back valance window. Due to a weird situation we had to order a replacement off eBay and Reliable Glass put it in for us. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.
