Search their inventory online first and get your options down to two. Then, call and make an appointment and tell them the name of the two options. They are very organized when you get there. This is the second time I've gotten my granite from them.

If you need slab help at the Tempe, AZ location you must ask for Nathan (Nate) St. Germain. Nate was terrific and went the extra mile to find book matched slabs that we thought were sold but actually were never used. He spent a couple of days tracking them down as well as meeting with us multiple times. Each time he had our slabs ready to view and gave his honest opinions.

Even when we had a last minute appointment to view a slab and it wasn't on his calendar, he was there. His only skin in the game is to make sure customers are happy. It was refreshing to work with one person the entire process who gave us as much or little time we needed. He also knows the crew in Scottsdale and the Tempe Outlet and scheduled a viewing of slabs at their location. Finally, he was very responsive by email.

It was a pleasure to work with him. Nate will get it done if it's possible. I am receiving nothing for this review but felt it was necessary to give him his due. Thank you Nate!

Went to Arizona Tile in Tempe for their large selection of Granite. We were helped by Curt K. Customer Service Lead. We were Very Impressed with his knowledge and Genuine Care in helping us find and select slabs that were Beautiful. Curt is Excellent in customer care and follow up. Would recommend anyone interested in a great experience while granite hunting to ask for him personally, he will exceed your expectations! Curt and Arizona Tile management: I wanted to add some before and after pictures of the granite project. We absolutely love it! We know without Curt's guidance the project would have turned out very differently. Curt, thank you for all your help and personalized attention!

We got great advice from Jo Ann on our tile choice. There is a large selection of tiles to choose from. All shapes, colors, and textures. They have a good list of installers who can install the tile you purchase. We are also purchasing the slabs for our Kitchen countertops there as well. Large selection of slabs in their warehouse.

Great selection of granite, quartz, and quartzite. Showroom is well appointed liked many tile and stone establishments, but the warehouse sets this place apart. It is clean, well organized, and massive. Plan on spending some time because it will take a while to go through their selections. Helpful hint: Take pictures of the stone you like with their signs otherwise you won't be able to keep them straight.

Very well organized tile place. There is a large selection of granite and quartz to choose from. There are many employees who are ready to assist at a moment's notice. There's a children's playroom for kids under 12 because they cannot be in the warehouse when you browse the selection. My husband and I took turns staying in the playroom with our 3 year old so she wouldn't be alone in there.

I was told about Arizona Tile clearance yard by a couple of people. I went today on the off-chance there might be something there that would work for my bathrooms and kitchen. I was greeted by the friendly staff as soon as I walked in the door and they had me going out and looking for what I needed with within a few minutes. After finding a few pieces that I thought would work in a sea of stone(wide variety of colors), Mark went out with me and had the guys pull it out so I can see it up close.

Mark then wrote up all of the dimensions of the slabs, the item numbers & cost. Fantastic experience. Oh yeah, they also offer their customers the best tasting ice water ever.
