I ordered restroom partitions from this company. They dropped off the 700lb pallet in the parking lot. The driver asked me to sign the delivery form so he can take off. I told him I needed to wait for someone to come help me take the boxes inside and he told me to sign the form and contact the supplier if I had any issues. When I took all the boxes inside, I noticed that many of the parts were badly damaged.
I contacted harbor city supply and Clint informed me that it's my fault for not checking before the driver left. I informed him that we couldn't take the 10ft 700lb pallet through the door and that it was sitting in the parking lot so I couldn't take apart the pallet and check all the boxes on the spot. Clint proceeded to inform me that it is not their responsibility, even though they are the manufacturer and the one who sent it through this freight company.
He said he can replace all the damaged parts but I would have to pay full price. They are trying to charge double for their failure in sending quality products. Do not shop with this company.

Very pleasant when actually placing the order, but customer service goes down hill when there is an issue such as being sent the wrong size partitions. I'm being sent new ones, but there are too many other companies/distributors out there that offer what this company does. Find one with better customer service. I prefer a company who calls back when they say they will.
