The person processing my order for a small wood stove heat shield didn't reply to 2 emails, then finally checked my drawings after I called a week later. He then forgot to send the drawings onto the workers after the call. I checked back a week later, and he finally processed my order, but then forgot to get my billing address, which took another week to get (now 3 weeks late). The work itself was well done and done in a timely manner once it was processed.

I have used their services several times over the years. Mostly small projects, but they are always very helpful!

I talked to a estimator Brian on a Monday he completed the estimate on Wednesday telling me they were very busy and it would be ready the next Wednesday, on Monday they call to say the piece was ready. Picked it up and it fit perfectly. Very happy

I had a very good experience with MSM sheet metal. I sent an e-mail requesting a quote and they responded within 30 minutes. The items I requested were just as Imagined. I would give them a 5 star rating.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Almost every time I have ordered something here they find a way to mess it up and refuse any responsibility. If you can avoid this place do so. You get the same quality from the metals division at the Reno scrap yard as far as gouges. At least the scrap yard delivers on time without dozens of excuses and can bend just as accurately.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Always say they can do something- then turns out they can't. Never contact with answers. We ordered some steel sheet and it had forklift gouges, bends and dirty foot prints. Thousands in materials not respected at all. Not sure if they accept orders like this or if they f it up themselves. They estimated a quote to us for around a thousand dollars and when they finally had a proper quote with the correct materials we'd been specifying from the beginning, they came back with a quote over 5 grand.

These guys don't listen, can't order correctly, and have no respect for other people's time or materials. If they can't do something I wish they would just say so instead of running me around for weeks. This has happened multiple times with these people. Don't waste your time! You've been warned!

We needed some steel plates for a countertop and they were fantastic! Good price and very quick turnaround!

Worked here from September to December and the owners were so rude. I had get them lunch everyday and if their order wasn't spot on they would get mad about it and treat me as if I were below them. I was late ONE time (I called and let them know I was going to be late) because my family and I had to evacuate our house from the washoe valley fire. I still managed to make it to work by 11 and all my boss had to say was "Well, it's about time you showed up." They are very cocky and rude.

Two separate job orders about two weeks apart. The salesman promised to call each time product was ordered, but neither job was completed on the dates promised nor did anyone call to explain why. I had to call on both jobs after due dates had past then orders were produced quickly in a couple of hours. The second order nearly the same specifications as the first yet the price of the second order nearly double in price. On a good note, the quality of the work on both orders was very good.
