Hi everyone we are building a deck 5 Stories high and we got this great delivery Guy his name is DAVE M the driver he made our work so much Easier. We ask him if he lift the material for us up in the floors he dint even Hesitate and made it so nice and Convenient for us save a lot of time and energy very Polite Gentlemen knows his job very well. Wish all workers were like Dave M God bless him thanks a lot Dave M I don't usually write reviews but this time I couldn't resist this guy is the best

Excellent customer service from an online order. I am a ships officer and was not able to open my delivery for a month as I was out to sea. I was excited to get home and open my new Fein Multimaster as I had envisioned 10 different jobs I wanted to tackle once home. I opened the box which was to include 2 kits in one and unfortunately was missing one kit.

I was able to call Bob Boilard and explain the situation and he immediately remedied the problem. Professional and prompt customer service I will definitely keep Boilard Tools in mind for future orders.

We had an appointment but when we got there the guy was out sick. We waited for someone to help us. There was one person ahead of us and at least 8 workers behind the counter. Noone offeres to help us. They all ignored us until I went up to a group of them behind the counter and asked could someone help us? They did eventually help us but it felt bad to be ignored.

Huge selection of lumber, high quality materials. their boards are straight, their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful, which cant be said home depot and lowes. They also have a full tool and material selection

This place has to have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. If they have what I need I will always choose to be there over Home Depot or Lowe's as I don't have to wait around for some one who doesnt want to help me in the first place. There's a reason all the area contractors go there and it's because time is valuable. The quality of materials is great and they will take back lumber you don't use and credit you. They also will price match on power tools.

Our Andersen Gliding Patio Door became increasingly difficult to operate. While the door is several years old, it is in very good condition and we were not eager to replace it. Boilards recommended a consult with Dave, the Andersen Specialist. Within a little more than an hour, Dave competently identified the problem, replaced the rollers and serviced the tracks. The door now operates very smoothly. With every interaction, we experienced outstanding customer service.

We had a perfectly good 30 year old Andersen window that an incompetent contractor ruined when moving it. I thought we would have to replace it, but I called Boilards's and Dave came right over and ordered replacement parts. He was back within two weeks. When he was done, it is as good as new. Everyone I spoke to was very, helpful, competent and professional.

Very helpful to begin with. A mixup w/order created a lot of angst for me. In my case, the customer was not right. I feel Boilard's should have absorbed the restocking and box fee with Andersen, as I did not make a mistake w/my order. They are not the "big box busters" they claim to be.
