From making the appointment until we were done with the process, everything was fast and efficient! We had great help from the representative who attended us, she was really great! Thank you to everyone at the passport division who helped us.

I went to the Hudson County Clerks office today to apply for a passport with my husband and I can't begin to say how fast and efficient they are. Gloria took very good care of us along with her colleague. We were in and out in no time, they took their time explaining the process to us. I also want to mention how clean the office is. definitely an amazing experience.

So unprofessional and rude. It took me several times to get connected to the person dealing with US passport and when I finally got connected, she explained the process well. but when I couldn't understand her english because of her pronunciation, she became so impatient and started acting irritated. I could overhear she talking to her colleague "I need so much patience to talk to this person".

It was Very Rude of you. I asked you questions because your pronunciation wasn't good enough and you were not fluent, which is fine with me, because I understand it's not your mother language, but I'm telling you, your attitude towards someone who needs your service or help is very wrong and terrible. She didn't even confirm my appointment and just finished her sentences and then just hung up. VERY RUDE.

I was surprised, unlike other town offices in Jersey City, this office was the best. People are very helpful and kind. I got my job done on my first visit within less than 30 minutes One small thing to consider, they accept only cash denominations less than 50$

Huge "Thank You!" to all involve in making my experience an awesome and memorable one. From the moment I walked in the office, the staff was professional, polite, willing to assist and supportive. Bong was super caring and helpful to ensure my administration for oath with Junior was perfect, and that it was. Went today with my family to get our passports and by far the best experience. It was so easy to get an appointment, they accommodate you even on a short notice. Nicholas was the perfect example of outstanding customer service. He answered all our questions and concerns and was very professional. I have had friends that went other places for their passports and its been a nightmare for them. I can't relate. Anyone that needs their passports without any aggravation needs to go the Hudson County Clerk's Office.

One of the best experience with state worker ever, went to renew my passport today. Soon as i walked in starting from security everyone was so helpful with great attitude, then the lady on 4th floor at passport window was amazing, very kind and helpful trust me if had a choice for 10 stars I would give them a 10 out of 10 well done for the great work stay Blessed and thanks

Excellent service. Everyone us so professionally friendly. The security guards are very helpful and courteous. A gentleman named Bong helped direct us to the passport office and even checked on us as we waited our turn. The woman at the passport office was so patient and helpful. They all made the process easy and enjoyable.

They have security that check everyone who comes in the building. This makes the atmosphere feel safe and secure. My family and I went for our passport renewal and it was very quick. The lady who helped us was also very patient and nice! I came here when I was younger as well and they were just as nice! It also makes it easier for you and them if you fill out all your information at home. You can find the forms online! Really recommend! The from desk also helps guide you to your destination which is great!
