Custom Glass & Granite

We recently had Custom Glass do two bathroom countertops and a mirror for us. We are very happy with the final product but to say there were no hiccups throughout would be a lie. G After being told that to reserve an appt. to get measurements done for our tops we would have to put half down (this alone seemed weird they couldn't give me an accurate quote w/o measurements) the check was deposited and I heard nothing from anyone to make an appt.

I ended up calling back and two weeks later someone finally showed up. Once the measurements were done I had picked my tops then informed that my pick was used on a different job, again after I already paid half. No big deal they had more of the same top and I liked it also but the concept to me was hard to grasp. Our install fell during the pandemic and took an extra couple weeks due to one other mistake made, again no big deal but another hiccup.

To top it off after the final install they were blowing up my phone to come pay my bill and the lady that called was quite rude. She didn't even ask how the final product was. Next thing I know the Receptionist is ringing my door bell for payment this is maybe 2 weeks after install. To have some someone show up at my door as if I'm blowing them off is crazy and IMO very bad for business. Again, I'm happy with our outcome but the customer service problems are inexcusable.

So pleased with Custom Glass & Granite. Johnny is great to work with, utmost quality, fairness and professionalism. To top it off, project came in ahead of schedule!

I didn't even know this company exisited! Found out they have been here for decades! Provided the most fantastic service & quality! Mr Dollar went out of his way to accomodate a need for a rush order. WHO DOES THAT NOW? The granite is more beautiful than can be described. The installers were nice and and cleaned up immacuately. I would recommend this company for everything.

From the sweet & beautiful redheaded receptionist, to the Dollars, to the installers- I can't say enough about how nice they all were. VERY HAPPY! Local business & local service at it's best. Can't wait for my next project! I will use them again and again!

Johnny and Trish are very professional and care about their client relationship as much as the quality and workman ship they put into their product and installation. Our Kitchen counter tops exceeded our expectations. Absolutely beautiful. I would and will recommend them to others and if I ever need granite or glass again, I will definitely look to them.

Came and did a measure price was cheaper then the home depot installed. Paid half down other half when work was done and satisfied. Good about scheduling install does take time but quality was what I got when done. No seams at sink or places where fly by nighters will sell you. very satisfying experience!

We used Custom Glass and Granite to install quartz countertops, a farmhouse style kitchen sink and bathroom mirrors as well as a quartz hearth for our gas fireplace. They were easy to work with, done on time and their craftsmanship is second to none. We will definitely be using them on future projects!

Johnny and Trish were both very professional to work with. They went out of their way to get the product that my wife wanted, which required a trip to Phoenix. The installation went on time and expeditiously. The installers were also very professional and polite. This was a 3 bedroom 4 bath house with a full outdoor kitchen and two fireplaces.
