Rented scaffolding for the week and I thought it was a great value. Rental service is very fast and after some basic verification everything went very smooth. I appreciate all the help loading everything in my vehicle and the employees double checking that I received all the pieces. Returning was an absolute breeze!

What an awful experience! I rent from Frank's occasionally, the occasional equipment issues are to be expected. but this time the lost my reservation. I reserved a lift one month in advance (when I returned it the last time), and they lost my reservation. When I came to pickup the equipment they were completely out of them. I had employees as well as other equipment scheduled.
I may also lose a customer. Tip: Maybe you need a better system than paper cards for reservations in 2020. I suggest calling one of the other rental companies in town if actually getting your equipment is important.

I have done business at Franks Supply several times. Each time I am impressed with the knowledge and service. I also have found what I was looking for on every trip there. Since they have impressed me several times I had them do work on some of my equipment. Again, I received excellent service. Franks Supply is the most professionally run business that I have encountered in New Mexico in decades.

I rented a compressor from them. The guy told me it would cost $529.00 for seven days. I rented it for four days and Justin charged me $529.00. I told him I thought that was for a week and why was he charging me the same as seven days. And Justin wouldn't give me a straight answer. And wouldn't charge me accordingly. Franks supply is not an honest company. I would discourage anyone from doing business with them

The 60-70 year old delivery driver you have working at your company is very rude and unprofessional. You'd think the owner would care about how their employees act but clearly this behavior is Frank's standard. This guy was a total asshole on a job site that he was delivering parts to. Openly aggressive to workers, condescending and downright inappropriate to everyone he came in contact with. This is how Frank's allows their employees to treat customers who spend thousands on tools. God awful behavior

Rented a trailer and a bobcat, had TWO flat tires, none of the safety equipment worked, bobcat wouldn't start, staff was rude and accused me of breaking their equipment FIVE minutes after I left and brought it back showing them flat tires. Randy Irwin is their GM over there, but good luck getting him to pickup his phone. We are filing in small claims court for the damaged the caused to my truck during loading, but oh well. I guess that's what you get when you deal with a FAMILY like this one.

If you're moving an office and warehouse a short distance and frankly I mean a very short distance as in within the same building and frankly only about 200 yards, you may want to consider using unorthodox methods, frankly. You may decide that moving things on and off a truck repeatedly is a real time waster and frankly you need a faster way to get it done.
You may also decide that your available labor pool is not up to moving some of the heavy equipment you need moved, frankly. That is when you would want to call Frank's Supply. You would want to call Frank's Supply because, frankly, they are courteous, prompt and professional and offer rates that frankly, I found to be reasonable. Frank's delivered to me on short notice and within 2 hours, a forklift with 5000lb capacity.
We rode that sucker like a pony express horse for 8 hours flat out. We got our move done under budget, ahead of schedule and without the characteristic sore backs that these sorts of things might produce in my New Mexico team. How much to have this delivered, used like the dickens and picked up the next day? Just under $300. Deal. Frankly, Frank's Supply was a lifesaver.
