I recently purchased a Makita tool kit and it works great. They were quite helpful and have a nice display of Makita indoor and outdoor products. I believe the company has changed management in the last year. Highly recommend.

My go-to company they have everything you need if you use diamond blades they have a great deal will pretty much set you up for a long time ask about multiple blade purchase I wouldn't go anywhere else; adding to post once again purchase Makita grinder and new blades this place has everything you want and more check out their dustless systems completely professional and I think my next item to purchase, they have starter systems to complete commercial professional systems ask for Mike he really knows his products they also have a large selection of red head fastener products pretty much every Makita tool you could want including lithium powered products they're turbo blades grind through mortar in brick very fast and seemed to last a long time I also purchased scuff pads for my Makita they take off hard to remove tar and caulking from brick awesome Little wheel Buzz's it right off better than any chemical you could buy with no mess use on smooth or textured brick does not hurt face of brick also purchased the new 14 in Makita chop saw comes with blade awesome saw better than my 12in but don't take my word for it check the place out you'll definitely go back

They do not want to sell to the public. They are not seeking new business. I just left the store on route 30. I went in for a new(390$) hepa vac, the salesman was knowledgeable enough to show me the flyer and read the specs on it, he also suggested I buy bags in bulk to save in the long run(500$). I made a call to see that the bags would fit my other vacuum, they would've so it did make sense.

Then the owner/manager/man in charge, who referred to himself as "Billy bob" when I asked his name Informed me that the grinder and dust catcher would be the best way to go for what I do((360$) and each blade is(67$). I asked how long a blade lasts. The salesman was no longer involved in the conversation as the manager/owner/man in charge took over and said "we don't do that here" I turned back to the salesman and asked for a guess, that I wasn't "nailing anyone to the cross" the man in charge said "a lot longer then sawzall blades" I informed him that with an investment like that is have to have an idea, and he walked away to the back room.

I set the blade down and walked away, told him he deserved to lose the 1500$ sale I was going to make and that I'd do my best to get the negative reviews out for other potential customers to know how ics treats new customers. It seems they have a good product, terrible management. As I was leaving another young man from the back attempted to intimidate me with their German Shepard that surely could've bit me because Billy bob waved and said "bye" and I was angry that a businessman would treat a new customer with such negligence and disrespect.

I'm sure they'll sell plenty of their products but I will be sure to let everyone I know how they treat customers as soon as they don't know their product or have the flyer with the specs in front of them. They obviously do not need new customers the way I was treated when I was clearly going to spend 1500-1700 with one swipe.
