Our engineers have even designed and assembled Orrco's own advanced production equipment to meet the needs of modern industry. Do your parts require critical thinking, tight tolerance production, and exacting quality control?
Even when machining parts that are a bit larger than average. We routinely machine diameters of up to 4 on our National Acmes, producing large parts with complex geometries and parts requiring heavy metal removal. Orrco offers high volume, precision manufacturing, even for large and complex parts. When needed, we custom designed automated secondary equipment to ensure the most cost effective production in meeting customer specifications. Our wide range of equipment allows economical, quality production of low to large volumes.
Have a specialty part you need produced in large volume? Do your high volume orders require multiple machining operations that slow production and introduce errors? Orrco is the answer. At Orrco, we've not only mastered the art of machining complex parts in high volume, we have experience designing and building custom machining centers that handle multiple milling, grinding, and turning operations on a single part.
