I spent a lot of money on my new Quartzite countertop. When they came to install it the installer cut through my dishwasher line. With the type of dishwasher I had the cost of the specialty hose was half the price of a new dishwasher so I had to purchase a new dishwasher. After about a month we started noticing water rings and various stains on the counter top.

They sent someone to polish it. The stains and marks kept coming back so they sent another person to look at it. He told us that the counter is not true quartzite and we would have to live with the stains. I went to the competition to get another counter for a bathroom and saw the same piece that is currently in my kitchen and the associate told me "oh you don't want that, that's Dolamite." I would not recommend this place. They are not honest and do not stand behind their product.

I own a large home and make a good living. I also have a background in engineering with a fair working knowledge of most elements of construction, and am not afraid to get my hands dirty and take care of home projects on my own. This probably makes me somewhat difficult to work with for some trades. I have also worked with other stone fabricators.

As anyone who has worked on any construction project knows, the devil is in the details. This is particularly true with natural stone. These beautiful pieces are expensive and essentially irreplaceable so mistakes are huge sources of cost and frustration. Anthony and his team at Firenza worked very hard to ensure that every detail of our project went smoothly, and when questions arose they made sure clarifications were obtained without making assumptions. I appreciated their professionalism and we are very happy with their work

I wanted to submit a review about the work and quality that was done by Firenza Stone. We had a lot of options and we shopped around but what impressed me the most was the immense selection of different types of granite, quartz etc. and not only the selection but you have different quality like an ABC type quality so they work with you so it fits in your budget.

The second thing that really impressed me the most was the service when we went to their store we were greeted kindly and they sat with us and worked with us and the one thing they have was six different types of beveled edges. The professionals told us what was the most popular and I'm telling you it was first class when they installed it. I am so overly pleased with not only the quality of the product but the time the finishers took to make it installable and how professional the install team was and how efficient they were when they came out to measure with the laser, so I just want to say if you have an option and you want something for your kitchen that will make an impression for a long long time shop Firenza Stone in Eastlake, Ohio.

You will not be disappointed as a matter fact you'll be quite happy because for a kitchen or bathroom it's a big investment and it's something that's going to increase the beauty of your home and you wanna make sure you do it correct and believe me Firenza Stone will make sure it is perfect.

Bought this condo about three years ago in Aurora, it was a complete wreck, called Anthony out to help me make some decisions, couldn't of asked for better results, wood vinyl flooring replaced, old nasty carpeting throughout, Brown antiqua leather finish for the kitchen countertops, got rid of my grandparents Formica. I also replaced both bathroom vanity's with incredible remnant pieces from their yard, that Anthony hand picked for me.

We went with porcelain flooring in my kitchen, and my master bathroom and my own bathroom on first floor. Marcy, laid out everything down to the paint color, because I am color blind, and it's uncomfortable to talk about, but Marcy and the staff were great. Thank you Firenza Stone, you made my eye sore turn into a master piece. Don't go after the big name companies they never pay attention to the detail that Firenza Stone did, old saying goes listen 80% of the time listen to you're customer, talk 20%, of the time, and they did, and made sure it came out perfect. I walked into the Firenza Stone show room with the intention of choosing Granite for my sister. I was totally amazed to see all the unique and beautiful kitchen displays. Immediately, I knew it was time to update my 20 year old kitchen. The sales specialist I worked with was able to keep me within my budget while offering many ideas, which I would not have thought of.

Following the trend of large drawers versus lower cabinets was a must, as well as small pull out drawers within the larger drawers. We worked on a timeless two-tone black and white kitchen that awards me so many compliments. The black under cabinet molding and the black double crown molding were the finishing touches that set everything off. I can go on and on, but do yourself a favor and visit their show room.

Your experience will begin with a gracious welcome at the door and continue on from there. And of course, don't forget to visit the Granite showroom with never ending choices of natural beauty.

He was very trustworthy. I was impressed how much inventory they had on hand when picking out slabs. If they do not have what you want on site, they're happy to find exactly what you need from US and international stones. Anthony takes pride in the products. He will look at the stone with you and if there are flaws that he wouldn't put in his home he won't sell it to you.

Our kitchen remodel was easy because they are complete design company from concept to reality. Do not consider any other company when it comes to doing kitchen, bath, or any other home remodel.

The team at Firenza did a fantastic job with helping me find the perfect stone for my Island. With their large selection I was able to select the perfect accent piece for my kitchen. Lastly, the service and delivery was spot on and used preventive PPE when installing. 5 Star operation!

I recently purchased cabinets and granite counter tops from Firenza Stone and the quality is unmatched! From the purchasing experience to the instillation process I cannot recommend them enough! Their selection of stone that I was able to see at their showroom was absolutely amazing! They have so many options I was able to find the perfect fit for my kitchen.

I was undeniably impressed with their showroom! I was able to choose my sink and faucet from their plethora of options they had to offer. I will continue to recommend them to family and friends or anyone interested in updating their kitchen!

The experience couldn't have been better. Inquired online and got a response within an hour. Within a week my wife was checking out slabs, no pressure from the salesperson. Counter install was quick and done in half a day. Installers were polite and cleaned up so well you'd never know they were there. It looks like I have a brand new kitchen! I'd recommend these folks for anything you need in your kitchen.

Beautiful granite, but poor customer service. Stone was delivered that did not fit. I returned it to be re-cut, picked it up only to find nothing had been done and had to return it to be re-cut. Then, I was emailed about needing to pay for installation services that were not provided. After emailing the designer about the error asking for it to be cleared up, I received a phone call about needing to pay the bill and then received a written bill.

It required two follow up calls and needing to lose my tempter with the manager who essentially told me they trusted their installer and not me. Challenging him to check into it, he finally returned a call saying they had confused clients and offered to buy me dinner. I suggest that a first request from a customer to research a challenge about a bill should be diligently investigated before offending the customer.

From the day of the initial phone call speaking with Anthony and then our visit to the showroom, the total experience was great. These guys care about their customers and their needs. They are always available to answer questions throughout the process. I LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN! They did a fantastic job! We highly recommend Firenza for any of your kitchen needs. Anthony, Ray and everyone else we worked with was fabulous!

I had a bad experience with this company. They provided me with a new kitchen and their contacted contractors did great workmanship. However, the management did not listen to me and cut part of the quartz countertop wrong. I made it very clear to several of the employees of my wishes for the custom countertop. They recut it on to cut it 2 feet too short.

After that, I never heard from them again.until I got a letter in the mail from a law firm telling me they are no longer doing business. Their office staff were very rude and not helpful when I went in to choose cabinets and tile. I would ask people if they could help me and was told "That is not my job". They also charged me thousands of dollars to "manage" the job.really? I feel very ripped off, not listened to, treated in a disrespectful way and did not finish the job to my satisfaction. Buyers. Beware!

What a cool place. I was looking to re-do my bathroom and decided to visit Firenze stone. What a pleasant surprise. I was pretty amazed by the selection. They had all kinds of the latest styles in tile and what I found to be most interesting was there very nice selection of fake marble. Some of the new porcelain marbles look exactly like the real thing which makes bathroom clean up very easy. That's exactly what I was looking for.

The sales people were very helpful and answered all of my questions and even came out to my house to measure. Apparently they do more than just so tile, they also install and fabricate real marble. I love going into these kind of places just to see the different variations of stone. I think they're very neat. I also think compared to a lot of other tile places I have gone to that you do get a better level of customer service. A lot of other places sort of blow you off if you're not a decorator. I didn't get that feel from Fiorenza stone. Therefore I would absolutely recommend them.

Beautiful stone, tile, granite and Quartz - I mean GORGEOUS but very $$$$ from other quotes we got - and an extra fee on credit card purchases - who pays for tens of thousands of granite in cash? I mean not me?

Last January we had our kitchen re-done. We were happy with it so we decided to have our bathroom done. Had some problems with the man that was assigned to us, ,s uch as cancelling at the last minute or only showing up for an hour. Needless to say it took about 2 weeks this is only a half bathroom so not very big. It was finally done so we went to Firenza stone to pay it off and they did not have the bill.

We were told to come back in a couple hours so we did. Mike is the owner. His wife works with him. She was extremely rude! We paid the bill and I tried to forget about it. Well 2 weeks later the sink cracked. We called Mike and at first he was nice and we thought he would take care of it. 2 days went by and no call. My husband called Mike and he began screaming that I had dropped something in the sink which I did not.

I said I', sorry we went with you and next thing I know he's screaming some more and said he's not replacing the sink. My husband finally got him to agree to getting us a new sink after my husband said we spent a lot of money with you Mike said "I don't care how much money you spent" so in other words we can go to hell. WE got the sink but had to pay our own plumber.

The sink was in too tight that's why it cracked. We have never been treated so badly with a company before. I just hope nothing else goes wrong with this product. Katherine Kasunic
