Truckers: from rt 85 south, get off exit 115 turn right on route 20. Follow rt 20 west to a left turn on ronald reagan blvd. (BP gas station on corner) follow down to a right turn onto samples industrial drive. Follow to the end. NOTE: do not go into driveway before 7 a.m. At 7 a.m walk around the back of the building and go talk to the guy on the dock to let him know your there. The quality of the work seems fine, but the experience of working with Woodman was not good. They would only confirm a date for service, not an appointment time, and told me they would call the day before to confirm the time. When I didn't receive a call by end of day the day before my installation date I called them to confirm and was told I would receive a call at 9am the next morning with the time of my appointment, but they couldn't share anything before then.
The tech showed up (with no notice) at my door at 7:30am the next day, when I was not available to meet him as I had expected nothing earlier than 9a, then left and said he couldn't come back that day and I would have to reschedule. Then, he changed his mind and came back unexpectedly in the middle of the afternoon. Not a good experience!

Absolutely the worst customer service. Not only did they not show up and not bother calling to tell me, when they showed up 2 days late they didn't insulate everything needed. When I contacted them they acted as if they could care less. I spoke to a supervisor with the same crappy attitude. I also requested a quote for gutters and they never called me back. Worst company I've ever done business with. Avoid at all costs!
