I have been using Keene Medical Products for over 10 years. I have always found the staff knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My recent visit was yesterday and both Steve and Holly were very helpful in assisting me to understand CPAP fittings/options and insurance/billing (they also do a yeoman's job in navigating a very cumbersome insurance system). I feel fortunate to have this facility nearby. Thanks again for your assistance and thanks for your service to our community.

I was beyond happy with the service I received! Holly is a lifesaver! My husband was injured at work, breaking both legs. Holly and her team went above and beyond to get necessary supplies ordered and approved by his workers comp insurance company, even though they dropped the ball several times in this process. But Holly took the time to make calls and make things happen. Thank you for all of your suport in this crazy journey my husband and our family has started to take. I highly recommend!

I received great service by Holly Brown when I went to the Keene, NH store to purchase compression stockings. Holly made sure I was getting the proper compression and measured my legs to make sure they would fit correctly. Thank you, Holly, for the excellent service and care advice for my stockings.

Went to get nebulizer masks and tubing. Doctor called in New order today as my daughter needs it. Have been a customer here for same child for 16 years. The rude lady wouldn't even look up her name. Said if I needed today have to go to emergency room. Hmmm! Bring a asthma patient to ER during covid? Doesn't sound smart to me. Said I had to wait for company to contact me. Geez! No concern for their customers needs.

Older lady that works there has to be the most rudest customer service representative and her lack of no knowledge when you ask her a question its always followed by a rude i don't know but acts like we "us "customers are bothering them.i will not do any business with them at that location and pass this on to my friends to seek out other places instead of.such unorganized. If I could give zero stars I would hands down. BTW still waiting on my replacement supplies Merry Christmas
