I don't even know where to start. First Of all, the slab I selected was marble, and no one tried to steer me away from marble in my kitchen. (Household with 3 children) then, the owner made all the wrong recommendations, he said the marble should be polished and have a square edge. the edges around the inside of the sink chipped almost as soon as they were installed just from normal dish washing.
After installation the kitchen sink came dislodged, they came and fixed it, the next day the bathroom sink fell out. which they also came and fixed. When I contacted the owner about the issues with the excessive chipping, he blew me off and told me that he was in Italy until August. well it's June and I think it's safe to say he has no intention of calling back.
Today we noticed a crack in the marble about 4 inches long all the way through. not a fissure, a crack. Not a good experience and we would have liked these countertops to last a little longer. Really disappointing.
After installation the kitchen sink came dislodged, they came and fixed it, the next day the bathroom sink fell out. which they also came and fixed. Tracy was very professional and helpful during my first visit. Leon and the young gentleman that installed my counters were professional as well. They came out to measure after I put a deposit down. They called back a few days later, asking me to take a pic from the wall to one of my corbels to measure, I guess they forgot to measure. I suggested they come back and not trust my measurement. However, I emailed the pic with the measurement. Received a call and email from Sandra mentioning they will arriving around 10:30am on 12/30.
I followed up with an email and I did not receive a reply. I took the "no reply" as a confirmation as some people in Tallahassee do (boggling). Called them on 12/30 several times because they were almost 2 hours late. Tony Bianco calls to find out why I'm upset and tries to over talk me. I asked for a discount because of the tardiness and I was denied.
Then he calls me crazy (were both yelling at one another) and I mentioned I will write a review because of his lack of professionalism. Lack of customer service. I won't do business with them again.

Master Granite did a superb job throughout the entire process of stone selection, and the installation. We chose quartzite for our kitchen countertop and island with a waterfall. Despite the size of the countertop and island, Tony succeeded in cutting the stone so that only one seam was needed, which he cut along the darker area of the stone, and thus is not visible.
The island, which measures over 10 feet, was done as one solid slab, and he matched the waterfall perfectly to follow the pattern of the stone. It is a masterful job and we are extremely pleased with the beautiful outcome. To top it off, Tony gave us a great price! We couldn't be happier!

We are so incredibly pleased with our new kitchen! The entire process was seamless and exceeded all expectations. Tony was so patient, answering all my questions while I went through their overwhelmingly large selection of granite multiple times (too many beautiful options to choose from). During installation, everyone was punctual, professional and courteous. Over the past few weeks we have gotten nothing compliments from everyone who comes over. Tony and his team are some of the most warm and accommodating craftsmen we've yet come across in Tallahassee! They know their materials, go the extra mile to ensure measurements and client satisfaction, and we couldn't be more pleased with their work. This is the way business should be run. Yes. ONE STAR because Master Granite was great with choosing the slab and sinks. Their installers were on time and professional. And if there weren't any issues with the granite they would have 5 stars. HOWEVER, the problem started when we discovered a small spot in the granite that was rough and asked them to fix it. Tony assured us they would make it right and asked us to send a photo.
I sent the best photo I could take of a rough spot and got no reply. So I called and was told someone has to come out to see it. But they won't make definite appointment times, they tell you they will come out on a certain day and you should be able to get there when they call (this was a rental property). So we set a day and I kept my schedule flexible ready to go at a moments notice but they never called.
As the day went on I called to make sure they didn't forget about me and was told they'll call when they're on there way. But I never heard from them. So I called they told me they got held up at another job. So we set another day I remain flexible again and what do you know again they never call. I finally get Leo on the phone and he says he will be out to look at it the next day.again at his convenience. Amazingly he actually did call and I happened to already be there, I told him that and I wait and wait for well over an hour for this guy to finally show up.
They're shop is only a 10 minute drive so I call after an hour and was told he just left, he'll be there soon. So he finally shows up see's the issue and agrees it needs to be buffed and they will have to order the part to do it (which seemed odd but okay) and it will take about a week. So a week goes by and I never hear from them and the process listed above repeats itself.
Yet another day of waiting around for them to call which they never did. I finally put in a dispute with the credit card company. They called the next day wanting to meet "NOW" so we set a time for an hour later can you believe they were 20 minutes late? In the end, their price was comparable to other quotes. I don't know how the other companies treat their customers but next time I need granite I'll find out.

We love the piece of granite we picked out, but the service after installation is AWFUL! Apparently a spot on our granite was not sealed correctly and something spilled on it within two weeks of installation and we cannot get anyone to come out to look or return our calls. We feel like now they are actually "screening" our calls! Something is definitely shady about this business; the lady that originally sold us our granite and was an awesome salesperson, suddenly "disappeared". I'm sure if she was still there, this would be handled! We spent way too much money to have this happen and not be satisfied! RUN AWAY FROM THIS GRANITE PLACE!

We had a very positive experience with Pamela and Tony from Master Granite. Additionally the installers were very good too. We had our kitchen and one bathroom done. UNFORTUNATELY, we had additional issues in August with the granite, which dragged out to December 2017, which never was resolved. Pamela left the business, and Tony was not only unworkable, but rude and refusing to fix the problem.
I ended up having a 2nd granite company to come in and complete (and paid for) the work in my kitchen when Master Granite would not. So in closing, unfortunately, I can not recommend this company for their customer service, and lack there of, nor will I be using them in the future.
