I tended to buy air filters online, but for my shop, we need a specific size. My AC man recommended Andrews. I had a wow experience. I called, and the lady on the phone helped me match my AC filter size with her product. Half an hour later, I actially came to pick them up. One phone call at the office, the young man brought my filters to my car. Thank you.

I love this company! I 100% recommend them to everyone. They have great filters that last long and keep our units running great, and their people skills are amazing. Also, every time we need new filters, Ms. Mandy is always super nice and fast (even if I request filters at 4:30pm on a Friday!), and always checks up on me to make sure I'm doing well. Then, yesterday, the delivery guy was really nice and super helpful.

Unfortunately I do not know exactly his name but is either JC or JZ. He always kept the conversation interesting and there was never an awkward moment. This was the cherry on top! love them and will definitely be staying with this company for our filters.

Our a/c filters are an odd size so my M9m went on the hunt to find ones that will work for it and found Andrews. They mostly deal with contractors and large companies but they also sell to the everyday consumer. If you want a high quality product that will get the job done, then look no further. The filters we have purchased are hospital quality air filters and last about 6 months each.

Always call ahead to make sure they have the filters you need since as I mentioned they can occasionally run out depending on the demand for that product. Also there is usually a minimum you have to purchase but that works out great for us because we can go a year before having to drive down to College Park from Kissimmee. Last but certainly not least, their employees are super friendly and are there to help!

Everyone is always friendly and accomadating. I call in my order to be sure they have the needed size. Arrive to pay and pick up.usually a quick in and out stop.

Buy Local! Too notch people here. This place literally is the factory. You should buy here instead of a middleman. My house requires a 23.5"x23.5" filter. I couldn't find them at Lowe's/HomeDepot. But Andrews Filter has them in four different choices of performance.

We get the filters for our A/C from here. You can either go pick up your filters or they can be mailed to you. Customer Service is very friendly and I highly recommend them for your filter needs.

Our HVAC repair company recommended Andrews Filter & Supply as a local source for our Trane air filters that are not typical size. We use 21x26x5, 21x23x5, and 21x21.5x5. These are 'will fit', not Trane brand, so they are not as high priced. I called them to see if they had any of these in stock, and to my surprise they had them all. I immediately drove over and got them. Then I pinned their business card in my office. The HVAC guy said the 5 inch filter should last for 6 months. It's been 3 months so far so we will see if we get 3 more.

This is the best place to get good advice about which type of air conditioning filter you need for your home or business. They deal mainly with volume buyers so it's not cheap if you only need a few filters, but they will last much longer than anything you get at HD or Lowes. In the long run you will save money by buying quality filters that last longer, and your a/c system will stay clean too.

I bought a UV (mold killing) replacement bulb for my HVAC from them for $68 with no box, no info paperwork, no protective sleeve, untested, "as is". I wanted to return it 30 minutes later surrendering my original receipt. I was told "NO". I asked for a credit towards future products. "NO". Their idea of customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Another reason to shop online and get a better price with return privileges.

Andrews was recommended by a friend in the home improvement business. After an exhaustive six year search, I am now able to get rid of that crappy reusable filter that came with the unit that previous owner installed. This is the go to place for all your filter needs. They do walk in retail for us do it yourself homeowner types. Their knowledge is priceless.

Just by looking at my old filter and measuring, they knew what I needed and had it in stock. Just an all around awesome experience. Super friendly and great sense of humour. Andrews does more than sell filters for just about every oddball size HVAC unit, they solve problems and solve them without drama. And Damn nice people to boot. If your curious, I'm a 19x21. Don't even think about finding that size at the big box retailers.
