I ordered a Xenon fever defense machine from Bay Verte because I've had an account with them for years. When they recommend a new tool or device, you can count on it being awesome. In these uncertain times, I plan on using this machine to keep all my students and employees safe. It is just as fast and accurate as advertised! Special thanks to James Diederich for sending me this latest flyer, otherwise I would have never heard of Xenon and had no idea how to scan several people's temperatures so quickly. 5 stars only because there aren't 7!

I can't say enough good things about Joel, Wally and the rest of the staff. The sales are great and I can order online and have it shipped out the very next day! I emailed customer service about an order and got a response in under 15 minutes! I will forever be a customer of Bay Verte and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you are in the market for power tools this should be your first stop!

I have never had a bad experience with BAY Verte. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, fantastic product selection. I've been working with these guys for 4 years, and they always go out of there way to find specialty tools I need. I prefer going to BAY Verte because instead of trying to hard sell merchandise, they inform me of new product and leave the decision to me, and always try to save me money. They get to know their customers, and are always quick to take care of any problems I have. Couldn't recommend them more.

I have purchased at least 5000.00 worth of equipment through the years and every time I have been in there in the last couple years it gets worse and worse. They used to be good people but that is not the case anymore I have purchased at least 1000 dollars worth of Stabila Levels from them through the years not including rolaire compressors, and nail guns.
Today I went in there to get a Stabila level checked for accuracy and a guy named Mike ran sku realized I did not purchase level from there and would not even help me or give me any assistance on where I could bring level to get checked. The only way he would assist me is if I purchased another Stabila level than he said he would contact rep. I don't feel its right and I know they don't care because in their eyes I don't purchase enough from them to matter.
The sad thing is they are a Certified Stabila Dealer and regardless if I purchased the level from them or not they could of been a little more helpful. After dealing with this today I will drive 100 miles out of my way to get service

Brought my Ridgid "Lifetime Warranty" Tool in for replacement batteries as they were not holding a charge anymore. Had filled out all the requirements I thought I needed to when I bought it. They took the Tool & Charger & 2 Batteries and the Lifetime Service Warranty sheet I brought in and said they would call. Called me about a week later and said my tool wasn't registered. Charged me $18.00 to get my dead batteries and useless tool back.
Didn't really need them back if the batteries didn't work but they made me pay first thinking I was getting 2 new batteries. It seems they could have told me my tool wasn't registered when I dropped it off. Shameful. I will not do business here again.
