Ironwood Manufacturing, Co. was established in 1972 in the Seattle, Washington area to service a growing demand for aesthetically pleasing toilet partitions as an alternative to traditional stalls. Our company continues to introduce new and innovative design options. Our goal is to consistently deliver high quality toilet partitions on time while meeting or exceeding our customers' expectations for design, engineering and cost. Services
Sheets of kraft paper impregnated with compact laminate resins are heated, pressed. Both faces of the core are covered with a decorative sheet and a transparent melamine overlay that provides wear protection and surface finish. The partition is attached to the floor and stabilized at the top of the pilaster with anti-grip headrail.
Ironwood Louver doors are available in Wood Veneer, Compact Laminate and Plastic Laminate. Doors can be stained, finished clear or painted based on control sample. Panels and pilasters with Louver doors can be built from any of our available materials, including Stone and Solid Surface. Mixed material options could include veneer doors with Stone or Solid Surface panels and pilasters.
Molding can be painted, stained or made from patterned material (square profile only) to meet your design needs. For Wood Veneer partitions and wood grain Plastic Laminates, the Molding is made of hardwood stained to match the component. Patterned components can also be accented with a rectangular profile Molding made of the same material.
Compatible with partitions made with Wood Veneer, Plastic Laminate, Compact Laminate, Solid Surface or Solid Plastic. Panels and pilasters with door lite inserts can be built from available materials, including Stone and Solid Surface. Door Lite partitions are made with inserts manufactured by 3form, Lumicor, ATI and others.
