Do not buy cabinets from this source. we built a new home several years ago. in year 1, we started to notice termite dropping in all pacific source cabinets. immediately, we brought it to their attention. they did nothing. we tried spot treatments to no avail. now we are fumigating this week. do not expect them to care and do not be lured by the beauty of the products-- in this case belmont cabinets. fumigate all products before installation. they will not pay you one penny nor care.

We worked with Jennifer, a Certified Kitchen Planner at Pacific Source for the first time. Pac Source prefers to work with people who are working with & are referred by a General Contractor. Jennifer is truly a professional kitchen planner, can recommend perfect, functional layouts AND prints you fabulous, large color images of everything. She is quite accessible, very responsive to phone calls & email, very easy to work with, and knows her job inside & out. Yes, the price is a lot more than the Chinese cabinets that dominate the market, BUT there is no comparison to the quality of the actual finished product & little details on how they are constructed. Our cabinets arrived on time, 5 weeks after order was processed, cabinets were fully assembled, delivery is by Island Movers, only delivered to the jobsite curb.

Do not ever use these guys if you have a deadline. Despite numerous attempts to work out dimensions (I got measurements all done within a day in their office) and they still got it wrong. I followed up with them and my site manager followed up with them regularly for over a month. All I got was a vacation notice from email account. Cannot meet installation deadline so will cost me around $25k.
Not worth dealing with these kinds of people. I e seen this kind of shop before over my 30+ years in the industry, and I recommend steering clear. Do not risk completion deadlines on them. They didn't deliver as promised. I would give negative star if possible.

These guys are the ultimate say one thing, deliver another. Much the same as the poor souls who have also posted here, I ordered doors in December of '16, gave a 50% deposit and have had no less than 10 excuses, many pointed at me, my GC and architect as to why they can't get me my product - Stay Away from these guys if you can.

Wow I read the reviews and I couldn't believe they could be that bad. They are! They completely wasted my time. I was picking an exterior door and I was told by Sara that they would get back to me next week. I called back today (10 days later) and she had no idea what I was talking about, even though she had take notes and my name and number.
She acted like she had no clue what I was talking about. The whole place is full of incompetent people. Then she tried to make it sound like I was supposed to have my contractor come in before she could price anything, a 180 degree change from what she told me 10 days before.

Same experience as poster from a year ago. I had thought at first that I had found a good resource for my remodel, the salesperson had gotten samples for me and had given me a quote for my project on a previous visit, but when it came time to get an updated estimate to place the order. nothing. I waited over a month, no response to my inquiries, was put on indefinite hold when I called.
Set back my project significantly. Not sure how these people stay in business. Too bad, they have a nice showroom and nice products, but thats where it stops. Kind of vindicating to read that someone else had the same experience, I was starting to take the snub personally.

I ordered doors through PS in October. They have a great showroom. However, I am still waiting for my door to be delivered. The process is very frustrating because you deal locally with their specialist. and then the pricing and other information is given to you by a person in Washington. That person tells you something totally different from what the specialist said to you at the showroom.
I also feel that color matching is very difficult for them to do. This is the reason it has taken so long. After giving them an exact sample of what I wanted and promised to match. PS was unable to do so. after several samples back and forth, i had to settle for something that would do.
