Our co-presidents, Rob and Gene Frogale, are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of our business and have surrounded themselves with a team of employees who put quality first. Our team works hard to please our customers, and we strive to produce and sell high-quality custom and stock millwork building products sufficient to provide secure jobs in the community in which we operate.

History Report

After WWII William (Bill) Frogale moved his young family from New York to live in Arlington County across the Potomac River from Washington, DC. Filled with the American entrepreneurial spirt, Bill had a vision that the area was poised for tremendous growth in the residential housing market. With that in mind he founded a small family run lumber and millwork business in 1952 in Annandale, Virginia.

Hi everyone Don't bay anything from this company I pay a lot for window and door Windows doesn't work properly And exterior door it's bad they change may house door 3 times and steel don't work properly and any time rain coming water come to the house They don't come back to fix and service

This company is a joke I was working there thru a temp and quit and came bak to get the job thru the company and they couldn't hire me cuz I missed some time before but I can remember a lot of there employees missed more time then I did and still got there jobs this company is trash at its finest

I would not recommend this company. The supervisors are very rude and verbally abusive to their employees. I would hope that their would be more respect for people who are willing to work hard.
