Services
We offer paving, grading and milling options for the smallest residential customer, town or city paving and State and Federal Government work. We currently have two paving crews, both of which are skilled enough to pave the smallest residential driveway to the largest VDOT highway. Our asphalt paving crews commitment to excellence has been one our companies strongest traits from the beginning.
Stuart M Perry is committed to caring for our environment and its natural resources. That is why we use a process called "Milling" to recycle old asphalt into new asphalt. This process saves precious resources from being used and thereby conserving our natural resources. Milling is often the first step in repaving an existing road.

I found it difficult to coordinate with this Quarry over delivery of gravel. We ordered about 20 tons to redo our driveway. They have rescheduled with us three times and we still don't have our gravel. Update: Once they came to deliver a few days later, we requested that they drop the gravel on the edge of our driveway, yet the driver drove into our yard for some reason, got his truck stuck and decided that he had to then drop the gravel where he was to get the truck out. Not only did he dump the gravel right onto our grass (which will be a headache to clean up) but he tore up a large part of our yard in doing so.
