We had the best customer service from Arapahoe Rentals Littleton. They were extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable and we were able to pick up the rental same-day. We absolutely plan on being repeat customers!

Great service and dependable equipment. I have rented chainsaws, skidsteer, and other equipment. All operated great. Fast counter service and great experience. I do not rent from the box stores any longer.

Highly recommend Arapahoe Rental. Alan and Leo were both incredibly friendly and awesome to work with. They helped get me setup with the right equipment, Leo walked me through how to best use it, and they were gracious when I needed to grab another item or extend my rental. I will definitely be coming back for any tools or equipment I need in the future.

If your a weekend warrior looking to get fleeced this is your spot! Stick to home depot for small rentals and Bobcat of the Rockies for heavy equipment. Leo might be nice to older customers but he won't help contractors. I came back with a jumping jack for return and he refused to unload it, and preceded to cuss me out in front of my daughter and told me to "go cry to the man behind the counter". I gotta do my job when I don't want too, especially after 2 days of running the jumping jack. Unfortunately Leo you have to do yours too. Very Unprofessional.

Good service, well maintained equipment and fair price make this my go to for equipment rental. The yard crew do a great job of assuring proper operational instruction and hook up of trailer when necessary. The yard area is well organized and easy to navigate. I highly recommend Arapahoe Rental for the do it yourself or business owners.

Thomas and Leo are amazing! I have rented multiple machines and these guys always make sure I know how to use it properly. Thomas and Leo are always professional and have a smile on their face, they keep me coming back!

So I am in and out or Arapahoe rental all the time. Trailers being worked on and renting equipment. Everyone there is so nice and makes sure you are happy with the service you receive. Leo and Tomas are usually the first ones to great me and make me feel like a long list friend. They go out of there way to come over shake my hand and make sure that I'm having a good day! Can't wait to pick up my trailer tommorow!

We have rented from Arapahoe Rental multiple times and once again Thomas and Leo were amazing! We rented a Bobcat and Thomas delivered it and made sure we were comfortable using it before leaving. Thomas and Leo are always great to work with, their customer service keeps us coming back to this location!

Great experience renting from Arapahoe rental. Very nice, easy going crew. Good price on rentals. Helped load everything up and made sure I had everything I needed for a successful lawn job. Would use them again.

Website showed riding mower for $125 available but when I called a sales associate named Bob said I needed a tractor and some sort of attachment. To mow a 2 acre residential lawn? Overkill so I asked again about the $125 riding mower. Bob said he had a $150 one, plus trailer, plus insurance for a total of $205. I asked again about the $125 mower his website showed available but he said I had to drive 70 miles to another store to get it. Bait & Switch, frustrating and no thank you!

Excellent service, very reasonable pricing, and went out of there way to help keep us on schedule.

I'm really mad at myself, but extend it to the people at Arapahoe. Buyer beware. I rented a small walk behind earth mover and dump trailer. Didn't compare prices between rental companies or look closely at the contract. When I returned the equipment, my $585 rental included a DMG waiver and ENV fees that added $81.90 to the price. I was not told about that in advance, or asked if I wanted the insurance or if I would provide it.

Now to their credit, the guys in back were helpful getting me oriented and trained on the use of the "Dingo", but not the trailer. I learned about that at the dump! Luckily I was able to find someone there to help me with getting the choke and fuel set up on the trailer motor. In addition, the contract indicated I would be charged extra if a tire on the trailer was returned with a hole - yet I'm paying damage insurance too? Recommend that you do your homework in advance.

I had a good experience with Arapahoe Rental. My sister and I needed a carpet fan to dry some spill from a leaking water heater. I called to reserve the fan and they were very helpful. When we got there, the gentleman showed us how to set up the fan, and the details, then loaded it into the car for us. When we brought it back, they came and unloaded it and after the paperwork, we were on our way. No one treated two older ladies like idiots, which does happen sometimes, and I appreciated that.

Their sewer auger is a beast. Thats what it took to bust through my roots. 3/4 line with inner core. My roots put it to the test. Finally broke through when three other machines had failed mightily. They incl. 1/2 hour of travel time. Reasonable rates on this machine.

I was very hesitant to rent from the store because I have seen two very negative reviews, however this is the only rental place within 8 miles of my house so I took a shot. I was greeted upon entering and the employee knew exactly what I was looking for when I asked. Furthermore, The equipment that I rented was loaded and ready to go in my truck before I even finished the paperwork and payment.

When I returned, an employee was promptly radioed and unloaded the equipment just as fast. It seems they definitely worked on their customer service since the negative reviews were written.

If you need to rent a tool, party supplies, or refill a propane bottle Arapahoe Rental is a great place. Everything I have rented there has been in good working order. The service is outstanding and they know their business and can offer all kinds of advise to the DIYer.

Wow! This store has just about every tool I think you could ever need. Plus trailers and big machinery. Then, over in the corner, I believe I saw chairs and other catering rental stuff. If you're in need of a certain something and want to rent instead of buy, check this place out. I bet they'd have what you need. And, everyone I interacted with was super nice - even offering to give guidance on how to use said tools - and prices seemed reasonable.
