Reviewed available cabinets and identified the superior quality of DeWils cabinets they have on display. Worked with Melissa in getting our kitchen remodeling cabinets ordered and delivered. After initial installation was completed ordered additional cabinets for an island and are expecting delivery ahead of expected date. Very pleased with responsiveness.

Genesis helped me with cabinets for two bathrooms and our kitchen. They were incredibly helpful, prompt and clear on designs, options and order times (unlike other kitchen cabinet places i also looked at). Pricing and options were awesome as well. I have recommended them to my friends and family!

What a breath of fresh air. so amazing to be treated with grace and understanding. I needed help with a broken slide-out cabinet, looking (without luck) for somebody to repair it. I called Genesis Cabinet and they don't repair cabinets (either). but instead of leaving it at that, Melissa took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me brainstorm my options.

That alone was a true gift. to be heard and helped to the best of somebody's ability. But Melissa went a step further and had me talk to Brian, the President of Genesis Cabinet. Not only did Brian feel I was worthy of his time, he gave me step-by-step instructions on how to fix the cabinet myself. He even provided some of the materials which I would have had to purchase elsewhere.

With the instructions (and confidence) Brian gave me, I was able to fix the cabinet myself! What's the most striking part of this story is that neither Melissa nor Brian wanted anything in return. There was no obvious benefit to helping me. other than it was a gracious and kind thing to do. Now THAT is where you want to take your business: to a place you can trust will treat you with respect and will go out of their way to help you get what you need.

They did a great job with our kitchen remodel. From helping us narrow down all of our ideas to installing cabinets that make sense for our life. They also were very attentive to our questions and made the process very smooth. We've done remodels before that we're very stressful.

I called Genesis cabinets regarding a hinge that has gone bad on my cabinets. Although Genesis did not install my cabinets they offered to order some hinges and send directly to me. Outstanding customer service! Thank you!

I have had multiple great experiences with Genesis through Brian Von Schaumburg. He originally worked with our builder to fill our new home with Genesis cabinets, and since then, I've added several additional cabinets to our home. Brian always provides the extra effort to give design ideas, advice on accessories needed, and even suggestions on other appliance suppliers to assure that I get the look I want. Genesis is highly recommended!

I designed a kitchen with Genesis back in 2014. The cabinets have been great, even 6 years later. That said, we encountered an issue with our oven leaking hot air and ended up damaging some of the cabinets surrounding the oven. Brian with Genesis has gone out of his way to help solve this problem with the cabinet manufacturer, even 6 years later! Any company that is as committed to customer service like this is is worthy of a 5-star review.

We just remodeled our Master Bathroom and had a great experience with Genesis. The ordered Vista HDF cabinets and they are great. The cabinets came in faster than originally stated and are in great condition. We were able to mirrors from Vista's sister company and then painted them to match the vanity cabinets. We worked with Greg and he was very helpful and responsive.

I've worked with Greg at Genesis three times over the past six years. Most recently we did a kitchen renovation. He did a great design and I'm very happy with the way everything turned out. I'd definitely work with Greg again and probably will! I would look at any negative reviews on here with some skepticism.

We recently installed new cabinets as part of our kitchen and master bath remodel. Our experience with Genesis was excellent, from start to finish. Greg patiently shared cabinet style and finish options, letting us discuss and ask questions to be sure we were choosing cabinets we would love. He made suggestions for designer touches and made sure we knew exactly what to expect in terms of payment, delivery, and installation.

We noticed scratches and nicks in our quartz countertops the day after they were installed, and the repairs were quick and beautiful with no sign of any imperfections. We can't recommend Genesis enough for their quality products and top-notch customer services. Thank you for my beautiful kitchen!

We had a 13-year-old set of cabinets that needed repairs and Brian and his team were patient enough to help us find a resource. So nice to find folks you can do business with and 13 years later they are still willing to help their customers!

I went to their showroom with the measurements and photos of what was in the space and what was taken out. I was specific about what my client wanted and did not want. Four days later the sales rep emailed me her design. It was the exact same cabinet setup I removed and was clear that that's what they did not want! For $14,000 I expect exactly what my client specified.

She was trying to sell me as many cabinets as she could. Terrible customer service. She never called to let me know she was even working on it. I had to call her after four days and then tries to sell me the wrong thing. There are too many cabinet company's to have to deal with this kind of terrible customer service

We needed a replacement cabinet and they were extremely patient and responsive and got us the parts we needed. I highly recommend working with them.

We used Genesis for a master bath and a kitchen remodel. With both projects, Greg P was very helpful in coming up with clean and space efficient designs. He has good ideas and they sell an affordable cabinet line that offers many options. Throughout the process, Greg was very responsive and has quickly resolved any issues that came up. We're very happy with the outcome.

I called Genesis Cabinates and spoke with the rep named Greg. He came to my home to get measurements. I told him that we were removing half a wall and I was hoping he could help me keep some cabinate space. Long story short he mismeasured and ordered cabinates that were too big. When we called to tell him what was going on he just kept telling us that we could get a smaller kitchen table.

This was unacceptable and my husband said absolutely not. Greg said he would order 2 smaller cabinates but it would take 2 more weeks. So my contractor put up the cabinates that he could while waiting for cabinates that would fit in our kitchen, per Greg's suggestion. During this time my contactor saw that one of our special order cabinates was bowed and a large drawer we ordered had about a 3 inch scratch on it.

I again called Greg to tell him the problem, he asked for pics and said he would order replacements for these, (at no charge ) duh! How long to get them Greg? 2 more weeks. I said what do I do in the mean time, we are already 2 weeks behind schedule? I want my kitchen done. He then suggested that we put in the bowed cabinate and scratched drawer and when the new ones come in just take them down and replace them.

I asked who was supposed to do this, as by then my kitchen would be finished and my contractor long gone. He said my husband could do it or I could call my contractor back and pay him to do it. I expressed my dismay at having to pay for this to be done when these were mistakes made by HIM and HIS manufacturer. He never returned my husband's call at this point and no email response TO ME either.

So that is what we did just so we could have our counter tops put in and our back splash done. My contractor finished the job 2 weeks ago and Greg calls me last week and says your cabinates are in and we will deliver them to you when we get the remaining balance of $457. 00 owed. At this time after over $6000.00 ALREADY payed to Genesis I told him he will get the balance owed when they either pay for my contractor to install them or they come and install them for me.

At this point I am stuck with a special order bowed cabinate and a large scratched drawer. We have another cabinate that is bowed as well but I do not even want to go through any more hassles with these people. I refuse to pay the remainong balance when the work was absolutely not done to our satisfaction.

My wife and I recently did a complete kitchen remodel. We are so glad we went to these guys. Brian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He sat down and worked with us as we discussed what we wanted out of our new kitchen, then he came up with the plans. Our cabinet installer was friendly and easy to work with regarding our schedules. Most importantly, we absolutely love the way they look. Top notch!

Brian at Genesis really saved us in a time crunch. He is easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable about the products he represents. I work for a contractor here in Denver. The client wanted Armstrong Cabinets for a project in Nevada. I wasted two weeks trying to work with the other Armstrong dealer in Denver. Once I found Brian, he not only got me a quote within a few hours for exactly what we needed, but beat the competitor's price by several thousand with shipping and a lot less hassle. Brian also helped us source hardware that similarly matched the client's request for hardware that had been discontinued.

The cabinets showed up on site a day early with zero issues. The hardware showed up quickly too. One handle had a ding in it from shipping and Brian immediately replaced it free of charge. I will certainly work with him again. Thank you Brian.
