We hired Bryant Martinez to install quartz in our bathroom and kitchen. The process was fine--it took twice as long as they said it would but they look good. The main issue that I have comes when we needed to remodel our shower due to water damage. I reached out to Bryant asking if he could recommend anyone. He recommended a guy who did a horrendous job--did not waterproof properly, did the worst grout job ever (google it--I posted photos on Houzz), and the screws for the cubby went through the drywall into our guest bedroom (Bryant eventually spackled, but never came back to fix the paint). Luckily, he said he would redo the shower himself. Well, after FOUR months on no shower in our one bathroom rowhome, he finally "finished." I had to contribute over 8 hours of my own time and additional money to recolor the grout (the walls were two different colors), clean it, and seal it properly so we could have the glass enclosure guys finally come to install.
After a while, my boyfriend made me stop working on it because we paid him to do this project--I was ready to finish the whole thing myself. I had to delay the measurements for the glass three times because he never met the deadline that he gave me. It was even his own idea to add all of these extra items that delayed the project even more--like the cubby and the quartz accents--I just wanted something functional.
Not only that, but some days he would show up hours after he said he would or just not come at all (didn't come for two whole weeks once). Come to the final month of work and it was his idea refund $600 from our initial deposit because the process was so bad--which I have written. I noted how thankful I was for him to do that. I also noted to him that he badly scratched my new toilet seat (which he apologized about and said he would replace), and I noticed a few days ago that he scratched a very expensive, sentimental frame by the bathroom that will costs hundreds to fix.
I really tried to be patient and understanding with him, but showering at your local gym for four months is not ideal for anyone. Well, it's been over a month since we've been able to get in contact with him about the seat, frame, and my $600 refund. He wont respond to anything. If he couldn't pay us back, then I wish he didn't get our hopes up by putting that idea in our heads. Bryant if you couldn't handle the project, then you should have never accepted the work. I know this company is the where we got the quartz, but he works there, and this review will help others think twice about working with him.

DO NOT EVER WORK WITH THESE SCAMMERS. So i went to order new Quartz countertops, i gave them an estimated sq of my kitchen cabinets size, it was 35 sq. Then we agreed about an estimated price, then they sent someone to accurately measure my kitchen, then in few days, they called me with shocking new Price, when i asked why, they said your kitchen actually 54 sq.
I smelled something fishy here. I contacted another company and when they measured, they said it's 37 sq and they installed the new countertops for me for $1800 less than United marble.

UMG provided and installed new granite for a kitchen remodel thru a contract with Lowe's. We were very pleased with their timing, selection, and installation. The tech's Jamie and William were great; very professional, friendly, and informative. Did a good job very carefully. Love the finished product.

I would highly recommend United Marble & Granite! We used them for installing our granite countertops. They were very helpful and attentive when we went there. Scheduling and installation was on time, efficient and very easy. They did a great job with installation. Our cooktop sits on cooktop perfectly. The price was significantly less than the others that we got quoted. They did a great job. We get compliment on our countertops all the time. I am so happy it turned out so well.

I called United Marble & Granite because I knew they carried the colour of Silestone quartz that I had used in my original kitchen remodel. In fact, they had been the fabricators of the countertop for the rest of my kitchen and I had liked both the product & their work. For the new cabinets in my breakfast nook, they were able to match the countertop. Installation was quick & easy. Their employees always showed up within the timeframe promised. Love my new kitchen and will definitely call them if I do another kitchen remodel.

Very great service! We use the kitchen every single minute so we needed a very good product and UMG definitely had the best granite for us. It's been more than 2 years now and the granite still looks new. I am very happy I worked with this team getting a remodel done. We have had a very positive experience with this company. My husband and I came in with our 2 small children to view some granite counter tops. They were helpful and quickly showed us a few options based on our cabinet colors. Eko, the sales coordinator, even sent us more options via email that were more in our price range and suggested a quartz material instead since it is more durable for our lifestyle.
He even helped connect us with sellers they work with for an affordable sink and tile backsplash. The process has been quick and easy so far. My husband and I agree that it has been the the best costumer service we have received since we started our kitchen remodel.

Just recently bought granite for my kitchen from this place and customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. Personable service and reasonable prices. And let me tell you I had been to 7 different granite stores prior to coming here and their prices was by far the cheapest and the selection to choose from was plentiful! Customized and Installed in less than 7 days!
Only setback was I wish they had the cutting board offered as a bonus when I ordered so it could match but I was given a board of different color for free so no complaints. Thanks UM&G!
