I can't say enough about the work that Dominic and his crew do. Their work is immaculate, and very well executed. Well worth the wait to get on their schedule.

They say all good things take time - this is a perfect example. We contacted Innovative Woodworks in May of 2021 to extend our deck, screen it in, add a fireplace and a grille deck. Like most businesses in the home renovation market - they were slammed. After waiting several months to kick off our project - WE ARE THRILLED! They do amazing quality work.

My husband build custom homes in college/after college and is hard to please - not with this company. Highly recommend and while you might have to wait - why not wait for the best instead of settling for middle of the road.

Critical: Responsiveness Overall we're happy with our porch, but these guys never finished the punch list and just stopped coming out. We paid them in good faith but now have to hire other contractors to finish the job. Poor project management and ultimately just not accountable.

Just finished a large deck project with another company. Would have been done sooner if innovative woodworks had told me they didn't want to do the project. They didn't show up when they were supposed to, return phone calls or even want me to sign a contract. I waited 4 months to get started. They told me they were waiting on the permit. When I called the permit office to see what the hold up was, they said they hadn't heard from Jasper in weeks.

I gave them a small project (when I was "waiting for the permit"), to screen in a porch. They used non-pressure treated wood, didn't seal in the screen so bugs came in, and painting wasn't included. It was poor work that I had to spend more to fix. But I was grateful I didn't go further with using their company.

This has been the worst experience I've ever had trying to spend a lot of money. I have attempted to follow up with this company multiple times. To even get a contract signed after the estimate I had to reach out multiple times - this should have been the first red flag. Signed a contract for 33k for some extensive deckwork with a start in early July.

Early july approaches and I hear nothing so I reach out. They tell me they'll have to push it back. I agree and they push it back to mid July. Mid July approaches with NO COMMUNICATION. Innovative Woodworks sets project dates, doesn't show up and doesn't let you know they won't be showing up. I believe I got 4 different start dates and they don't show up.

I had another start date "on the calendar" for August 24th. August 24th rolls around. No innovative woodworks. No communication. I read reviews saying the work looks nice. I wouldn't know. I know their customer service is horrendous. Will be looking else where for my deckwork.

Like other reviewers, I was stood up by Innovative Woodworks. We had a signed estimate to screen in our back porch, and a verbal start date agreed upon. When they were a no show, I contacted Jasper and was told they would have to push the start date back. They again didn't show up for the new start date. When I tried contacting Jasper to inquire, he just stopped responding to me. I reached out multiple times, and he never responded. To this day I don't know what happened, but I do know I'd not recommend this company.

We have tried on multiple occasions over the past year to get them to respond to a request for repair work. 2 years ago, a trex board band was warping. They came out and put a band-aid on it and did not fix the underlying problem. We dad to hire someone else to do the work. They pulled off the board, and because of the way the deck was constructed, with no flashing and the band board on the outside, we now have a completely rotted support structure on a deck that is only 3 years old. Paid for a Trex deck and railing system and due to improper installation, the pressure treated framing is now rotten wood.

It took the crew that was sent to my house 2 months to construct a 10x14 screened porch. There were numerous issues upon completion that needed to be addressed which took weeks to resolve as my contact at the corporate office was difficult to reach. To add insult to injury I received a "demand for final payment" from the corporate office prior to completion of the job.

With my contract I was provided with a 5 year warranty which is a joke since it is nearly impossible to reach my corporate contact. After 3 months of my leaving voice mails and emails someone was finally sent out to fix ONE of the issues. He did not fix the original issue, and also created additional problems. It has now been over a month, and neither the original issues or additional problems created have been fixed.

Dominic and his crew did an amazing job adding a screen porch on the back of our home. It feels like an extension of the rest of our home. Highly recommend them!
